not all of them are worth mentioning. these i believe are the really good ones, i know most of them listed cant be bought by lower ranks but hey, save ya crystals and rank up :)

+1 for rustle! altho emerald offers the best protection against thunder but the lack of freeze protection and isida, makes rustle a better choice. what other paint were you thinking to get? i only wish picasso was available for brigardier :(

protection against isida is a sound choice i think but dont forget twins! twins on double power kills mammy m2 in 3 seconds FLAT!

true but how do you kill m2/m3 isida sucking on you from the back? or being froze to death without the ability to rotate freely and shoot? so my point is having some protection against those 2 gives you some time to react and i wont discount the fact that twins/rails are badass but they are not as threatening as isida/freeze IMHO :)

 

....and i once had to face off a m3 thunder on m2 viking with emerald paint, i was on m2 mammy, m2 thunder and rustle paint, and there was no else around to except us both dueling on silnece 2map. before we started shooting i thot i was going to get killed but to my disbelieve i survived with 10-20% health left :D ...and none of us missed a shot it was like direct face off.

also the freeze so i got python.

also, the only reason u won against the m2 vik with ur m2 mammoth is armour, thats it, and it was about even with the guns, m3 and m2 cancel when the m3 has less armour than the m2.

Of course picasso is the best one, it has excellent protection against the most common weapons, but if you can't afford it, then get rustle

This was a very good battle. It had a mixture of everything with the exception of Shafts. The Shafts were in and out of the battle. They were never really effective. Our team had two Isidas and they were very effective healing and making kills.

 

 

The Best Paint is PICASSO.

The best turret is ANYTHING. All of them appeared to be useful and effective.

Clay and Picasso are the only Paints I have right now. I didn't think Clay was a good choice after using it; but I am seeing more and more Ricos in the battles. It will come in handy if Ricos make a big comeback. I am sticking with Picasso right now.

 

I have the Hornet. I bought it, Mammoth, Thunder, and Freeze after the rebalance. I had problems with aiming the Thunder after the change. The speed reduction kind of threw off my timing. Like I ever had any aiming skills ! I didn't really miss the speed, but the stability just went bad for me when they changed the physics of it. I think it is very unstable, especially with the Thunder. A lot of people are using the Thunder/Hornet combo and they are always really good with it. It's still very dangerous.

 

I have the same problem everyone else has after the rebalance. I'm FLAT BROKE !!! If I ever upgrade again I think it will be Dictator/Rail. I see a lot of the Russians using them. They know stuff !! I will wait until Koolwalky updates his FAQs before I try to upgrade anything else ... if I can afford it. His information is always very reliable. I sure do miss my old Viking !!

hornet/wasp are only reliable in large maps i think, the smaller ones like silence12 etc. not so much i see them get blown up before even getting close to the flags. however pairing them with freeze/isida is probably the best choice i think especialy wasp with good paints ofcourse, seen them used by russians more and more in heavy battles lately. and yes getting shots by rails is a very painful experience having some protection against them seem like a good idea aswell. but thunder is definitely the majority here i havent been to a single battle without seeing one being used. i dont think ricos will comeback as before its still powerful but the lack of good reload time makes it not worthwhile i think...just my opinion.
