We have introduced a rating system for Clans. All the information regarding how the formula and the system works can be found on this Wikipedia article.

Starting ratings

 

We have taken the games from the Clan Championship as the basics for the starting ratings. We have also given 100 points to all clans taking part that reached the top 8. Followed by decreasing multiples of 5, starting at 50 for IC, 45 for RDF, 40 for KoM... etc

So through the clan championships the top 16 clans received the following starting ratings for season 1.

 

1336 - Dare Devils

1326 - Georgian Clan Crusaders

1316 - Try To Stop

1301 - Kings of Arab

1287 - White Red Squad

1287 - Dragon Slayer

1274 - Vengeance

1274 - Best of German

1250 - The Ironclads

1245 - Red Devil Fighters

1240 - Kings of Mafia

1235 - Kings of Tanki

1230 - The Mighty Midgets

1225 - The Tactical Fighters

1220 - Hurricane of Fire

1215 - Domination Clan

Basic points

• All new clans start at a rating of 1200.
  
• Beating a clan with a higher rating than you will be worth more than beating a clan with a lower rating.
  
• You can find a basic, rough yet accurate web calculator here.
  
• Example of relative rating would be, Clan "Dare Devils" vs. Clan "Domination Clan" which are at the opposite sides of the ladder.
   
  If DD wins, DD +8 points and DC -8 points
  if DC wins, DD -17 points and DC + 17 points
  if game draws, DD -4 points and DC +4 points

How does a clan get a rating?

In order to get a rating you must take part in a clan war with another clan and submit the results to me through a Private Message.

 

Will clan wars count towards rating?

Yes. But the weighing factor for clan wars will be much lower than that of Official Tournament games.

 

Will the top rated clans have any benefits in the future?

Of course.

 

Why was the Clan Championship taken as the starting base for ratings?

Simply speaking, To avoid stalemates of to and fro games for the first few months after the implementation. If we had not taken those games as the basics. It would take us months to actually achieve some diversity in the ratings pool.

 

Where does my new clan start at?

All new clans start at 1200.

All clans start at 1200. Losing will put you below, winning will put you above.

When more battles were included, DD would be far more ahead of other clans lol.

I think this is fair, more chance for other clans to overtake DD.

Please, as it states, the results are based on the Clans' performance in the Clan Championship, in which Domination Clan participated before they closed. So there's nothing you can do. Soon they will leave the list as new clans join. OK?
