IDEA ABOUT MAPS

Tanki is making maps just in the ground level like there is no life like things in maps like a mountain where we can go up high and shafts have big advantage to shoot from there and many bushes and trees that will make it hard to see through as tanki is making all maps same types there are just buildings there should be mountains and a large map even larger than lost temple and the mountain should be hard to climb like curly surface  like real mountains instead of the flat smooth fake surface..

Do you not understand how many technological limitations there are when using flash player and even Unity? Things like these could tremendously slow the game down. I'm surprised at how well it runs right now. I would not like the current performance to be lessened at all. Please think before suggesting things such as this.

if you ever seen when shooting a rail or ricochet they all shoot straight but when you have a item or tank in front the shot then  it goes in that direction..so if your tank is to high up then the shot would have to be reincorporated to shoot longer distances away to make sure it hits a object ..i hope this makes sense ..maybe  i should say that the game / program ( turrets ) would have to be programed to hit in a longer distances to hit its mark and this would have to scale back the design of the map to accommodate this ..so the map would have to be smaller but taller to fit...just look at the 

 

Arena   to   Madness

 

 

look at the height and the width of both of them .. you would have to take away from one to make it work and we all want larger maps to battle in with a higher advantages ..not many computers would be able to hold the graphics for the maps and we would get more lag issues and players complaining about not being able to use those maps its just like

 

Dusseldorf we enjoy battling on it but most of the time when you get over 25 players on the map then the lag issues start and then the battle ends up less fun and most have to leave due to issues

 a dev can correct this  ..i think i'm close to explaining it ..or i could be wrong on this just my opinion ( i'm all ways wrong in tanki land)

How about you guys create an underwater map?

Wouldn't work in flash. 

 

 

 

Yes, they're however the water have no actual physics or behavior like real water - It's just the texture of flat water which you can easily pass though.

pls made map of  mountains.some valleys,some camp places,and a three top berg which you can see all the map above them

 

a medium map (near to big ones)

 

and some narrow ways that you will be visible for enemies

Nope. It was simply a test map for new props, it will never be re-implemented as some of the props used no longer exist. You're not alone though, I wish I could've experienced that map's gameplay.

what about add some different grounds in maps that change the speed and movement of tanks?

like ice land or mud ground

I guess that will be in Tanki X

I loved, loved, loved the Christmas map. I wish tanki would make that a full time map for the game. I think it would become one of the most popular of all.

These are just temporary, already too many maps - they aren't anything amazing.

What about a map with "quicksand." You run off in it and you are stuck. You could still shoot the enemy until you got killed or press delete. A couple of teammates could maybe push you out of the quicksand! I would also love to see some more positions on maps for snipers to get behind, like maybe even hide behind the quicksand. Thanks

What people don't understand is with the current system, maps cannot be interactive.. Suggesting things such as this is useless and will most likely be dismissed.

Full polish description:


1. Teren mapy
W bazie niebieskich widzimy flagę, zjazd, klif, a na nim drzewa - docelowo miało to być miejsce dla snajperów, którzy pod lekką osłoną drzew będą mogli prowadzić ogień na wrogą bazę. Umiejscowienie niebieskiej flagi było ciężkim wyborem, lecz ostatecznie zdecydowałem się umieścić ją mniej więcej po środku. Zjazd jest widoczny i wiadomy - jest to jedna z dróg do niebieskich, druga później.
Baza czerwonych jest jak widać osłonięta ścianami, prowadzi do niej szeroki wjazd. Ich flaga jest lekko za wjazdem, aby jej przejęcie nie było igraszką. Czerwoni również mają punkt snajperski, lecz tylko jeden. Owszem, zniszczenie czołgu, który będzie tam stał może się okazać trudniejsze. Dalej mamy wjazd, początkowo nieosłonięty, dalej osłonięty częściowo. Końcowo, ta droga może się okazać idealna do flankowania niebieskich, i próby przejęcia jej flagi, do czego jednak będzie trzeba chwilkę z powodu wąskiego wjazdu do na klif - trochę jak na mapie Rio w w punkcie C od strony niebieskich.
Teraz przyszedł czas na opis środka - jest to obszar narażony na ostrzał z obu osłoniętych stron. Jest tam dużo roślinności i jedyny na mapie bilbord Tanów Online - jak to w każdej większej mapce.

2. Punkty odrodzenia
Punkty odrodzenia znajdują się w przewidywanych lokalizacjach - czyli obok flagi. Nie wychodzą one na środek mapy. Czyli, w przypadku niebieskich są to po prostu klify. W przypadku czerwonych - w rządzie za flagą.
DM to oczywiście inne punkty odrodzenia, rozsiane po całej mapce, lecz nie na wjazdach dających lekką przewagę.

3. Punkty zrzutu
Punktów zrzutu nie ma za wiele na tą niewielką mapkę. Niebiescy posiadają w bazie podwójny pancerz, ponieważ są odsłonięci. Zaś u czerwonych, funkcję tą mają pełnić niezniszczalne ściany.
Po śrdoku mamy podwójne obrażenia i jedyny punkt zrzutu gold box'a. Umieściłem go tam częściowo z propozycji graczy "to niesprawiedliwe, jeśli spada w jednej z baz danej drużyny".
Zdecydowałem się na 2x dmg po środku, ponieważ przyda się najbardziej do szturmu, a to jest jej część, wspólna dla obu drużyn

My brother came up w/ a map idea. It's called "Fire Hornet". When logging in to battle, you will automaticly be st w/ firebird and hornet. "The map is very small and gold box's won't drop. Even if your not equiped w/ firebird or hornet, it will set you up with it." Thats what my brother said. There is no outline yet and he never said anything about needing firebird and hornet already bought. I'm sure my brother is thinking ahead of the new map

  1. There are already 70 maps in the game, yet nobody plays on them. What's the point of making more if people play on the same 6-7 maps all the time?

first of all  if u dont play or find a map it doesnt mean the rest of us dont

 

Monte carlos,Rio,Polygon,Red alert,Sandbox,Island,Kungur,Noise,Parma,Kolhoz,bobruisk,massarcre

are very common maps that i play regularly and there are other common maps too that i dont like

is it at all possible to have a map just like a plain board..like in stadium with out the screens and other items in the main flat section so if you wanted to do a picture using mines or a bunch of tanks that we could make a picture for contests or even for video's

 

also be able to have a larger amount of players seeing that items are removed then it should accommodate the extra players

 

for example with items removed more room on the base floor giving us amble room to add players or more room for mines ..sorry i'b bad at photo shop but you get the idea i think..if we have stuff removed then we can do mine photos or if we can choose a few selected items to place in the stadium to do photo's with it would be cool i know we have things to do picture with but then thats called photo shopping and its against the rules this way its limited with only items that tank provides in there photo galarys
