Weird question. You can make anything you want in Blender, but if you want to actually run a map in TTT you need to make it in AlternativeEditor.

I honestly think the map maker should allow you to create a battle with your own map. But only if you had a PRO-battle pass.

IDEA:    A COMPASS ROSE For Maps with;

 

CARDINAL POINTS = N E S W

HALF-CARDINAL POINTS = NE  SE SW NW 

INTERMEDIATE POINTS = NNE ENE  ESE  SSE  SWS  WSW  WNW  NNW

 

It is hard to direct fire or send a squad to a certain part of a map without a coordinate system. 

 

Perhaps a BIG compass rose in the middle of all maps so the troops can see it or maybe

in the clouds (skybox)? or press a keyboard key for a map to appear showing your heading . 

 

(I so wish there was a GIANT MAP where even a good player only can get a few kills in 

15 minutes. Where you have to run headings and deal w/ bearings etc. How fun

would that be. Integrate ALL MAPS w/ tunnels and hills and valleys perhaps or

just make one new HUGE MAP. That is another suggestion)

MAGNUM IS IN THE NEE CENTER SECTOR, WASTE HIM!

 

THEY ARE COMING FROM THE EAST!

 

THE FLAG IS HIDING JUST NORTH OF THE DITCH!

 

WHERE IS THAT DAM MAGNUM! (SW OF THE RADIO TOWER!)

 

At a minimum, I really want to see (abreviated) N-NE-E-SE-S-SW-W-NW

but it would be good to have N-NNE-NE-ENE -E-ESE-SE-SSE-S-SWS-SW-WSW-W-WNW-NW-NNW

 

It just seems like a no brainer to me.

 thought of a cool idea  ;) . . .how about a map that is this giant cube. Each of the six sides would have its own gravity and houses and stuff. tanks could be on the inside or outside but i think inside is cooler. ( i mean either one, not both).

I have a rough sketch of a map I'd like to work more on. Might update in the future. Haven't downloaded tools or anything but I probably will in the future. In the past couple weeks, I've been getting tired of the old maps and would like to see new ones sometime soon. Hopefully, something like this can make the cut.

Why TO Maps Cannot be more then 2 MB?

Does this cause lag or is that cuz of system limits?

Also Allow us (normal players) to download TO Maps (like Highways, Highland, Noise etc) and customize it for future contests and celebrations :) In this way we will also get a change to help TO Team ;)

You're right, massive maps can't be added because they will cause lag. Just look at Dusseldorf and Berlin - even with just 40 players these two maps already start to give out critical errors when there's 30+ players on them.

Insert - Spawn New Tanks (How Many Tank You Want Unlimited)

Change Speed And Heal?
