Ideas for Maps!

I have some ideas for the development of Tanki 1 industry there are some maps by aerial various weather such as rain and wind with the possibility of sliding in the rain tanks and Adivo technology for lighting lamps in dark tanks maps I just try to help develop the game my name in the game dade10

Labyrinth

 

Unfortunately I'm not good with design nor making maps, so I'll just try to explain my ideia.

 

This would be a closed map, in the sense that it would all be like in a tunel. This prevents the tankers from seeing the map from above and knowing easily where to go.

 

This would be a medium sized map, with the tunnels having enough space for three tanks to pass one another at the same time, with maybe some parts only allowing two or one tank to pass at a time. Some walls could have "windows" to be able to see to the other corridor, and to be able to shoot through them.

 

Now the new concept part. This would be a moving map, where some walls would close and open, creating paths that change through time, making it more interesting and difficult to play. For example, in CTF, a player trying to escape with the flag could go through a tunnel, that because of a recently changed path, would go in circles and just end up in the base of the enemy team again.

 

It's a bit inspired in the Harry Potter labyrinth and stairs from Hogwarts. This would create a more dinamic style of map and of playing.

 

Hope it's a good idea and that is possible to create!

I actually really like that map^^^

Tanki needs to update new maps more often, this is a great thread, but I seriously doubt if Tanki listens. :(

Sadly I've heard that until Unity there won't be any new map in the game... I like your (mapmakers') maps.

And your source? We don't expect new maps immediately after the release. It would be silly for them not to take advantage of the new platform with new maps.

New maps would help me enjoy the game better but you would have to get use to them and start learning new skills for them so either which way I am satisfied with the idea of yours, but could you implement an image of what kind of maps you want to be added?

I would start out like with an bigger map for more space and a lot of camo places to enable hiding mode, insinuating hunting from base to base, I would love it if there were more then one base to capture flags so this way the map is being played in different sections and not just two of the bases "area" . (Just my opinions and ideas pored into soul and imaginations) :wub: #Dreamer!

The Unity will own enough advantage against the old platform anyway, a new map doesn't count a lot. Just my opinion.

A map like you wrote definitely will be in Unity. 

 

My opinion is that there should be enabled lower than 10 players per team in this new map to avoid the players from lags.

 

It would be nice if the mods don't lock this topic. Here's a good idea, should be talked over.

+ Big maps lag too much..

Well, I may ask the mapmakers about it. I'm sure they know what kind of map is not laggy. I mean a big map, but there aren't any lag. It depends on the element used for the map I think.

I don't understand...If I am right Marine said there won't be any new map in the game until Unity. These brand new maps will be in Unity, not in the Flash. I spoke about Flash only.

before adding new maps tanki should try to make the other maps more popular

(Hopefully that quote would work)

Anyways. I agree with you..... Let's make them other maps popular!
