My favorite drink is a cup of warm green leaf tea with a hint of honey and lemon, it is a soother for the throat in case you get sick, but you don't have to drink it when you are sick. :)

I don't know how boiled pine needles taste, but if made properly, green tea is lovely. Before you pour the water over the tea leafs, the water has to be cooled off to 75°C. Otherwise your tea will taste very bitter.
