Wait time to re-drug is way too short

It seems like the time you have to wait to re-drug has gotten shorter. I've seen big fatso's (mammoths and titans) full drug, use HEALTH's then re-drug again quickly. That makes them nearly unstoppable. On top of that if they get support from isida's they have an infinite supply of mass energy.

I've seen 2, 3, even 4 tanks try to take them out ALL AT ONCE, but can't get it done.

i suggest developers/administrators consider LENGHTHENING THE TIME TO RE-DRUG even if I'm wrong and the wait time has always been the same. Otherwise these "ultra druggers" have an incredible unfair advantage over everybody and are unstoppable.

The length to re-drug is the same. It seems like that probably because many bought drugs during the sale and they can drug like crazy. But I will check to make sure about this. PM me so I can update you.
