Game has been offline for 4 - 5 days. Very unprofessional.

This is highly unprofessional. Your developers should have made all of these changes to a BACKUP copy of the actual game and then used that to test this latest maintenance with.

As it is now, you're developers appear to have made their changes to the live game code and screwed it up. There are now millions of registered players who can not play.

This is very unprofessional.

After the rebalance where you effectively stole many players weapons that they paid for with REAL MONEY, I must question my loyalty to this game. I am now considering playing WoT instead - despite the very large download.

On a positive note, I've been playing Battlestar Galactica instead on bigpoint.com. So far I have had no errors with them, no troubles, no cheating enemies, no time outs, no closed connections... nothing except FUN!

Again, TankiOnline developers are very unprofessional. They have broken this game and it is now unplayable.

I think you'll find the game is up and running and has been for several days. If you had actually read the EULA, which you agree to by being on the forum and playing, you'll find that the devs don't have to provide smooth running of the game, that all payments are voluntary, the devs don't have to inform the users of any changes to the game, and you technically therefore don't have a right to complain. If you think you can do a better job, please, go to Perm and do it.

You're right.

After several refreshes of your homepage the servers are now showing as online instead of all being offline. You need to look into that to ensure your server is sending the correct modified header.

Lhamster,

I think you'll find that the game has serious web glitches as reported by Tangforce - that's NOW.

All payments for anything are 'VOLUNTARY', but under the law of the country that the game IS PLAYED IN - UK in my case - this game play quality becomes refundable.

When you buy a car - THAT's 'voluntary' - do you really think that I couldn't force a refund if the engine blew up? Really?

This chite game does not adhere to UK nor European law, but MUST under European law.

We have a right to complain and have this game shut down in Europe.

LHamster - watch your 11 year old mouth - speak when you have an idea of what you are talking about little boy.

Please, go read the EULA, you'll find as the game is based in Russia, it has to be applicable to Russian laws, and if you have a legal problem, there is the address of the court in Perm you can lodge a complaint in.

Lhamster and FBI, thank you.

I have copied a number of your forum entries.

I train people in customer service and this as well as many other quotes serve as great examples of what 'not' to do.
