That's basically trolling. Spam, of my knowledge is an unneeded program, that has been covered by another. For example, you want to download something and you find a page where you can download it, but at the end, you find out, that the program you wanted is something completely else.

I used the word "spam" there in the meaning of "any unnecessary post".
