Password change erroe.. but why o_o

For the past month, I have been unable to change my password, I keep getting this message ._.

Not a big techie, but the first thing that comes to mind is you didn't type the same password to confirm the change. Other than that, I don't any ideas.

also they think im telling them that my account is hacked and the password was changed... :I

I sent them a reaply saying it was not hacked but it wont allow me to change it, but i havent go t a reply

Send a new email, explaining them you get an error when trying to change password, also show them the screenshot.

Its all okay now, I got a help from a stranger in PM.

 

He said that tanki wont allow more than 14 characters for the password. Do you want us to get hacked or something? Usually my passwords are more than 20 characters :L

Yes, at the moment password can't be as long as before. The limit is now 20.
