Kungur, well it is a huge map,i got a big lag there by the way,it is weird how when i play Monte carlo it is a big map but there is no lag,and in Kungur there is i think it's because of the buildings i think that they have that kinda hard graphic, and the map is so called:described with many things

It's probably just because of the number of props, Monte Carlo just has ground and even around 70% of the rest is air. Kungur has ground everywhere :P

Railgun is very good when used in Bridges, I enjoy a good match there when I have a rather nice team :)

Kungur is a long lived favorite for me. Also you should add Tribute it has been long forgotten and yet I have many a fond memory of it and playing there a long time ago with my friends.

I do not play Kungur so much anymore, for me it is much too open, and Shafts/Railguns abound in both teams pick apart my short-ranged tank easily. (Viking is not fast!)

Bridges is a much more fun map to play, although it is rarely used anymore, I can still find one or two battles and enjoy :)

Kungur I've always found a bit of a meh map. I don't figure why people love it so much. Bridges, Tribute, and so forth are far less boring, with far more attacks at the flag and so forth. Bridges is a cool map, although the lack of a clear base and the giant weird building right in the middle will always count against it, unfortunately. The rest of it is awesome though.

I still think Thunder is rather good at that map, Shaft is just useless without a coordinated team.

I agree. Kungur NSB is my favorite map. I find Shafts to be useless unless they are teamed with a railgun or more especially an Isida. Shafts are effective against the light stuff, Hornets and Wasps, but they do not have the power to really deal with anything larger than Hunter. I use Thunder and Mammoth 80 percent of the time. It is good for guarding the flag and really good when used to give some firepower to the "little guys" that are trying to cap the enemy flag. If you think that Mammy is only good for defense, you may need a major rethink. Twins, Railguns, and Thunders seem to dominate the map. Smoky is more of a nuisance weapon. Freeze is good for slowing an enemy so that something more powerful can finish it off. Railguns are always a really big threat ... Russians !!! Kungur NSB is dominated by the Russians. If you are playing KUNGUR NSB, make sure you pack a really big lunch.

I find a great deal of battle-comaraderie in Kungur, especially after 5 hours of play - for those who stay for the next round...Every once and a while you get a really good team that "clicks". I agree with CPF. A few times I've used my shaft, and actually survived because of good rail protection and a dedicated Isida. Mostly I will use my Isida, because of the many times I went unprotected...

I agree. Kungur NSB is my favorite map.

I've seen you there before, but I've never joined one myself, because I can usually find free battles where no one is drugging. My favorite map is probably Polygon; I love playing DMs, but Kungur CTF is fun with my rail. I just hide in the bushes and kill people or injure them for the shafts.

Main thing about Kungur is that you need a team that has dedicated members, Usually when I play Kungur I'm rather bored so I'd be defending most of the time. But I guess this could be said about any of the 20 maps viable for clan games. You need members that are dedicated to defense, offense and about maintaining the line-of-control.

People don't usually know this and they hate them, but campers are the most important part of Kungur, They maintain control of the central area and divert the enemy's attention toward themselves.

It's nice to know that more people are playing NS Kungur nowadays, It is one of the best NS maps out there.

For some reason, i am always on the less 'skilled' team in Kungur. My team always gets demolished and i am usually the only one with a D/L greater than 1. It has happened so many times that i don't play Kungur as much anymore, which is unfortunate because i loved it. I am usually the only one who goes for the flag, even though i'm not fit for it (since i'm a Viking). I think it's rigged.

WB Kool. Kungur is a lovely map for a drug war. Bridges, on the other hand, is a very good No Supplies battle map. Kungur is obviously more common today in servers, though I don't konw why so many create it no supplies. It is better, IMO, as a drug battle. Not my favourite maps, either, but both have their fun parts of them

Mammoths kill the battle at kunger, since I am more of a scout tank guy I use hunter M1 or hornet M2 with my smoky M1 9when I kill the they rage) there need to be more smokys at kunger.
