here s 1 nice example:- 

 

Refund is done only when specs of guns/tanks etc. are changing (so for example you buy Thunder and it deals 100 damage, but then they change it to 50, so they give you a refund).

u guys may ask r they going to change the persantage of all paints. yes ofc..it was 40 and we r gonna able to change it to 50...ex......in that cause 1 guy  bought paint which had 20% twins prot...and 10% smoky  coz of the other paint which he wanted it b4  had something worst....but  now ...its possible to get improved ur paint..so ?

No, they don't change anything. You are the one that decides to change it or not.

A possible idea for those who do not want to use micro-upgrades. A battle mode where micro-upgrades are disabled. However this isn't a no-supplies battle so players would be able to drug. It will be like battles we have today. Micro-upgrades has many haters, this will stop many from leaving. If this idea isn't considered, tanki would lose a huge amount of players.

If I had micro upgrades , I would have gone with smoky and spent all my crystals on micro upgrading smoky m1 but there were no micro upgrades at that time . I spent crystals on other m1s because I can't upgrade my smoky m1 to m2 until I reach that RANK . 

 

That's Why we need a REFUND!

No we don't; as Semyon said above, you will only have an ability to improve items.

And the fact you've bought M1's is your fault, not the game.

it will be good when micro upgrades come we have another crystal refresh some of us( big part of it me) want to spend all of they crystals on just one tank

It's actually strange to hear that some people don't like MUs. It's really difficult to judge about something you've seen only for a short period of time.

And we are listening to you, when MUs are released we will monitor the situation. If you don't like it, it will most likely be changed or adjusted in some way to make it better for the community.

 

And yes, I have a special sheet of paper where I write down all the suggestions that you guys make and show it to game designers. Your opinion means a lot to us.

The thing you need to understand is that your ideas help us in many ways and may be implemented to improve the MUs. Simple criticism and angry comments won't help in any way.

Not 50% unfortunately, the highest dicount if I can remember is around 20% or lower. You won't be able to get discount unless if you fully MU one specification or more if you're really rich with crystals and lucky.
