Crystal buying glitch

I want to buy 40$ worth of crystals, but when I inserted 40$ the credit card, it shows I get 60,000 more crystals, however, the credit card option does not work for me so I used the credit card section under "other".

When I clicked on "other," it brought me to a different page. The crystals I would get are the same, but I don't get a 60,000 crystal bonus! Why is this?

However, here is what Flipsquad has told me.

You are suppose to get the bonus if you have the DCC. I don't think this has something to do with paying with a credit card or not.

 

But the image above from Vladimir's topic http://en.tankiforum...howtopic=172528 disproves that! It shows that it is TOTAL crystals! Not with or without DCC!

The-Player2 I apologized I gave you an incorrect answer. I did look at the purchase of crystals after my DCC was over and it does say you get 60,000 free crystals.

I can't go further without me purchasing crystals. If you did buy crystals and you didn't get your extra crystals, please write an email to help@tankionline.com. There is nothing mods can do to give you your crystals. Thank you for your patience.
