From what I've seen and heard, it looks great apart from one aspect, and that's the having to hold Ctrl to select a player's name. The simple, click on name then start typing has been around so long, and is a habit for every player. Changing it is just going to get really annoying, and I think even more so for Moderators and Consultants, when trying to ban.

some off topic here.. but when i try to log into test server i get ''wrong password'' and my pass is fine working on normal server tried this with my second acc i get the same issue.... any thoughts on this ?

If you changed your password lately, you need to use the old one. If you can't remember just make a new account.

Great stuff.. it has been in the workings for quite a while now, nice to finally see it coming out ..

 

I haven't tried it yet but from the screenshots i've seen (courtesy of barba) it looks good enough for rolling out (except the usual minor things that needs ironing) .

 

This will also be a big plus for those clans and teams that don't use third party communication software like skype etc ...

i never changed the pass that's not the problem :) , ive used test server before with no problem but for some reason now it wont take my pass, anyway ive created a new acc in test and no problem , thanks for the advice Barba

 

LE: ive figured out the problem , my acc never existed on this test sesion wich is strange i just created a new GTDONE acc on test :) so if any players experience this issue just create your account again

Noticed that too. A solution might be: left click = talk to that person in chat, right click (or double left click) = friend request.

Nope, I like the friend system. But not the left click at names. There just should be a button like [+] to click and then the menu should appear.

The solution could be some kind of a sign, even a tiny dot next to every player's name. So when you click on that dot, you get the options for adding/deleting friends, etc. But when you click on the name, you 'select' it, like it was till now.

Right click wouldn't work, since, by default it opens the Flash settings. And I don't think Tanki can change that.
