Damn thunder used to be king of the meta man... now it really sucks (no offense to you die hard thunder fans). Everyone has protections against it thanks to the unfair protections against it in the previous updates  :P

 

But, it's a fact that Thunder + Hornet is the most underrated combo ever. This combo is one of the best (or the best) at taking goldboxes. Not to mention it's ability to skirmish and the hit-and-run gameplay.

You won't get the near- instant kills as on the enemies without protection but it can still wear down those 50% guys. I usually sit behind and obstacle as I would do the same with Smoky ( with the long range alt )

 

It just has added splash damage. Ground pounding is so useful when you are up against protected enemies. Just wear em out and don't get in direct sight. This is why I barely use Smoky with the alt because it makes it kind of a misfit. You deal long range shots with longer reload but there's no splash damage, that doesn't work for me.

Rail kill light gulls by 3 ****s , thunder kill light hulls by 3 shots and it has way way better reload time and aiming power with strong impact and fast rotating . railgun junk.

TBH with you , I'm not against the idea of buffing rail but I think the min DMG too low and needs a rise up like 10%.

 

 

For thunder just nerf reload (make it longer (increase time) ) lol

Ok, there was at least 6 thunders in one team alone.  I have thunder myself, but this is ridiculous.

Brain activity of devs seems to be closer to 0.  I hope they have ODs and DD and drones for immediate aid..

At least most of you guys have protection...because at my rank they 1-2 shot anything that isn't a Titan or a Mammoth.

Well , this means that you have to go in garage and change your weapon . Most people at your rank have multiple weapons , and any other turret is better then all having the same .

This is not the fault of developers , its a fault of the players who can see the rest of teammembers , and more then 2 from same team having same turret is not good .

Shell Stabilization increases minimum damage by 50%, and don't complain about the cost of alterations, everyone can afford them.

Lol I don't complain (I have 121k :ph34r:) about alt price , but it's unfair to buy alt cost 100k just to make the gun medium good , instead of spending 100k on alt (don't forget rail buy price) save for m3 kit or an OP gun instead of spending tons of crystals on decent ONE m2 turret, that completely unfair, so the min DMG buff is the best choice for rail in the end.

The players know that Thunder is OP so they use it, mostly the players who previously used Smoky, Vulcan, Shaft or Rail.
