WTF?   They making autocannon for Rail?

But... then how does it have cryo effect?   does not make any sense at all.

Smoky would need to apply two augments to do that...

Don't see how it can be implemented, since you only get 1 augment at a time.

Also, hard to tell from video hoe effective it truly is since the targets are not fighting back.  ANY tank looks great vs static targets.

My guess is, it's not an Augment/Alteration.
It's just that on that day, the devs decided to make Default Railgun fire super fast for some reason, maybe to test out how often critical hits happen or something like that. Similar to how sometimes, we get insta-OD charge on the test server, or the Nuclear Supply constantly drops sometimes on there. It's just a test server thing to test out something about Railgun without having to wait the 5 seconds each time you wanna take a shot. Otherwise, it's not gonna be in the actual game. Or at least not like what we saw. If it does become an Alt, we'd probably be unable to use other augments with it, like how augs/alts have always been since 2018. Also, the youtuber never showed us how to equip the supposed Autocannon for Railgun. So yeah, it's probably just something for the test server.

I’m the person who created the video.           
It worked still I didn’t take any augment.       I think developers wanted to test how legendary augments for Railgun works with that setting because the reloads for legendary augments were much faster than normal augment.

I think it won’t be in main server too.

But it will possibly be there with very low force impact or longer reload as long as Scout for only legendary augments.

I think this is a hacker, because it applies the status effects. I went to test server to check and haven't saw the augment

Please don’t call me a hacker LOL 

It was available for only few days.

You can see other people using the no reload Railgun.

And it’s not augment but normal Railgun.

Status effects come from Incendiary rounds I got from Ultra Containers.

It's ultimately not worth giving up critical hits for. Besides, Hyperspace Rounds powercreeps it. AP Railgun powercreeps it. Scout practically powercreeps it rather than statistically. Adrenaline practically powercreeps it too.

This account has a fully MUed MK2 railgun, and the normal shots can't even one shot an unprotected non upgraded MK1 light hull even with 62.5% on Brutus.

Why did they have to nerf railgun it is not that op besides that everyone has falcon protection. what's the point of nerfed?

We can't even play with only one turret  because they nerfed it to the ground so that people can buy new turret.

Yes, 

i have all turrets maxed at mk7+
So i just switch to smoky for now. 

Fire/freeze/tesla is always OP in small map, for large map

as I switched from railgun to gauss to smoky now.

Fire and freeze didn't even need a buff imo, they were already strong, but now they r just unbeatable in close range, especially with their insane critics
Compared to them railgun was fairly balanced, i don't see the point of nerf 
But they still for some reason nerfed it so badly that it can't 1 shot a light hull anymore, mk8 rail with a maxed drone deals like 1400 damage with dd now, is this a joke? literally forcing players to switch to some other turret against their interests and throw away railgun
