shaft is a good weapon for killing.

but it is a camper weapon and if you want a real fun battle for all it isnt a nice weapon.

i think camping is what makes this game not as good as without camping.

because a lot of players play with freeze/thunder/isida/fire etc.

they realy play, they drive kill heal freeze and die.

but with shaft you only can stay shoot wait etc.

thats why i think the shaft isnt a very fun weapon.

@devanloo: true shaft is good for camping. An experienced shaft player forces you to change your tactics as a close range fighter. As a camper, you need to know when to change your spot. Otherwise the enemy will start targeting you.

Its too strong because half of the people in tanki use hornets

It's strong, period.

It's not all about one shot kills...with the shaft, you can, at the very least, weaken your opponent so your team mates can finish him off. You can flip a flag stealer which means your team mates can destroy him and restore the flag. If you're good enough, you can draw all attention to yourself so that the rest of your team can rush to the base of the other team to collect a flag.

 

It's at its full potential in a team situation as a defensive weapon.

You forgot that you can support in a capture by taking out defenders and chasers.

Shaft is even better if you use a relatively small hull and camp in bushes. A lot of people will have no idea what is happening. When they catch on, find another spot.

It works really well on viking. Low silhouette decent health and speed. It's perfect.

On my alt with shaft I hide in a bush with forester and noobs just come passing by me not noticing and im like ROFL

Oh god, there will be so many DP using Shafts, and they are doubling the supplies, I can bet that each Shaft user probably got at least 1000 DP, we are all dead.

 

Tho my Smoky might be able to make there aim way off :D

Use Double Armor and a Shaft paint. I think you've already unlocked Winter paint; it seems like a good investment to make.

I think a lot of people underestimate the power of this weapon. It can almost 1 shot a M3 Viking. There is also not many Shaft protection paints around, I'm thinking of getting it.

the sniping is very good but m1 is too expensive honestly I think the prices on all m1 weapons should be lowered
