What about make something together?  A guide, maybe a clup, or even a league?

I want to make a start, but I can do earliest in 1 month.

 

I will send a massage to whoever I know in the forum use shaft.

I have already ideas and a guide, but I want to improve them.

Also I started to think about some points. I will start to write.

Are we EVER going to see a patch/fix to stop Shaft from spinning uncommanded at random times??

This is happening to me every battle, always at the worst time?

Does anyone know a foolproof way to stop it from happening?

Aiming and turning speed is terrible.

Trying to see if I'm the only one who keeps going into a spin two or three times a battle.

I have to sniper-aim, then use the directional, and sometimes it just starts again when I respawn.

 

It HAS to be those furshlugginer mouse controls (that somebody spent a lot of wasted time developing) that practically no one will use.

But I have them turned off. :(

Still hapens to me from time to time, and the scope thing rarely, but it does, you're not alone.

The shaft was my main weapon, I put money in and now I can not use it, please correct the problem. Waste glass is so unfair !!!

See 4671 and 4672 -- this is the remaining glitch from the Mouse Control Update (aka POC) -- some random key, usually when you respawn, will start the spinning and you have to go to sniper mode and rotate the same direction to stop it. A bad thing that happens at the worst times.

Someone down voted my post.  Really?  Are people really that up tight nowadays.  It's tasteful and she is beautiful, that's all.  The play on words was funny too.  Some girl must have been offended.  What a world we live in now when we can't joke in the least and appreciate beauty because others are jealous.

 

(Update: katyitz did.  Is this just a joke?  I mean c'mon, you have to admit, the pun was funny, well timed, and the image was really good.  If you're a woman then maybe, but I thought you were a male.  Regardless, lighten up, I'm being silly)

Just realized something. I bought M0 Shaft last year some time during the May Day celebrations (it was during a Sandal CTF). It's been pretty close to 1 year since then.

 

So...

 

I'll be celebrating my first anniversary of Shafting by buying M2 Shaft.

Just realized something. I bought M0 Shaft last year some time during the May Day celebrations (it was during a Sandal CTF). It's been pretty close to 1 year since then.

 

So...

I have really not enough english ability to understand jokes, also I didn't want to go far from main topic.

Well, they seem to have reduced the Shaft turret spinning by a bit...now instead, it randomly points up in the air

I wish I had 60K.  I'm lucky to clear 1500 in 2 hours playing it seems lately.  Now, to my credit, I generally upgrade as soon as I have the money.  Bad timing for me on the May celebration I suppose.

So thoughts on reality.

 

After playing now for a week or two since the changes to the equipment stats, I have found the following to be true.

 

1.  Lower rate of fire, lower kill count.  Used to score high in games due to the number of kills I made.  Now it's seems my D/L hovers in 2.0 to under 1.0 even sometimes.  I used to sport a 13 18, hell, I made it into the 20s a few times.  Bottom line, lower score, lower team ranking per game, lower payout.

 

2.  Arcade shot HAS increased my survivability IN BETWEEN scope periods. What does that mean?  If I take a shot and I'm waiting to charge and I see someone sneaking in, I have been able to kill them off in a full blown arcade shot dog fight.  This is nice, but it DOESN'T make up for the lose of kill count in scope.

 

3.  One thing I DID NOT plan on, since the arcade shot is more effective now, I have more opponents coming in hot with drugs when they do engage.  This has further reduced the number of arcade kills I get since many for shielded and DP'd, and since I don't drug really, I fight as is, I lose those fights very often.
