lol your post is big fail ok bruh? :D lol from the knowledge I have gained so far in tanki, even a kid aged 3 could master shaft to a certain extent within a time span of 5 mins lel. I see you are one of those worshippers of shaft (enjoy getting your skills rekt bruh :D ) lol and can you please re explain to me why I am a cry baby? <----- made me ROTFL OK? :D and about using your term braille, you might wanna consider using it with every other turret as well cause I  Every other turret except the noobtube. ( yeah lets go rename thunder, braillunder and smoky brailloky aww and ricochet, brichochette :D )

#HowToCryWhenShaftIsInsulted

Do we have to go through this in an Un-ending cycle? :/

yeah a 3 years old can sit with mammy and shaft and just be in scope for a prey to come,

but thats not even 1/10000 of mastering it :MEH: ( IK there's no smileys for that K?)

knowing when there wont be any enemies in your scope and shooting to go to another place is a skill for it self

AND EVEN that 3 years old can go behind cover with rail and Peek-A-Boo :p

I'm starting to really like Shaft again! After the turret acceleration speed in sniping mode increased, it feels much more comfortable to use now.

its good to see that load of crystals on it isnt wasted :p

the best turret at lower ranks is freeze ( as soon as it unlocks) ok? :D you can wreak havoc using it even at BIG maps because of the freeze effect + noobenemieswhocantturntheirturret effect. :rekt: You should try it with one of your alts.

I have done that with thunder and seen so much players who dont turn :P

dpnt know why people these days dont know how to turn their turrets :meh: even some highrankers who dont know...

from when I joined I was too much into reading game's hint and learned to turn turret at my first levels :rekt:

and dont forget that shaft M1 can destroy hornet M2 with only a single MU

and there arent any M2 hornets at its unlocking rank :p

FYI, with the word "noob shafters" I am referring to people who ONLY use shaft but nothing else. Even I use shaft once in a while when I get bored with other turrets.

@Loakie I totally agree with you on the fact that rail was in need of a Nerf with that mahusive impact force but still, its a zillion miles away from being called a noob tube. Playing some xp games or even watching some recent starladder battles will prove what I am talking about.

I could argue with Wasp-Thunder needing more skill than XP (I made a full thread about it...), as it requires the ability to integrate the game engine in your gameplay (The physics engine is literally one of the most important things to utilize in your gameplay, it's the rules you're playing by). This leads to even more possible mind-games and tactics, due to Wasp's instability with Thunder massive recoil. Thunder also doesn't have infinite range, and self-damage requiring even more of a careful watch over your tank. Those starladder battles, imo, after watching 5 minutes or so, seem to rely more on working together as a group, these all look like slightly better-than-normal players (nothing truly "impressive or skilled" if I were to see skill, or at least something more entertaining i'd go watch @pizzaslad or @SwiftSmoky)...Then again I've only seen 5 minutes of an Eguards vs Scorpions match so far. Also, not to hate on the competitive scene, but there's no...hype or excitement to it...where's the rivalry and stuff like that

Here's a puzzler: twice I have scored kills while "evading" that seemed to be more than a 40 "arcade" hit. Are these "snap shots" eligible for "critical hits" like other weapons?? The spec sheet is noticeably silent on this.

Edit: I still want to know what the sexiest looking tank for shaft is. I think wasp/Viking, what do you think?

The Viking, as impressive as it looks in the Garage view, looks like it was squashed on the overhead view, then the "Cobra" look from the side tells everyone what you are using. Titan and Mammoth look like elephants dragging their tails. Shaft looks fine with Hunter, a little big with Hornet, and ridiculously outlandish with Wasp -- there's a flip waiting to happen! :P

Is it weird that I have a different favorite weapon for each different battle? Sometimes you might want to use shaft at say, Berlin, if there are campers on the other team. On Noise, it is usually strictly a "watch your flag" weapon. But I did venture into danger by hanging from the stairs looking down on the Blue Team. Fortunately only one defender could "shoot up at me."

On Polygon, with enemy spawning *behind* you, you might only get one shot.

well,in polygon 1-2 mines and a proper spot could save you a lot of kills :)

fire like a ninja (without being detected) with shaft.does a bad damage in arcade mode.if charged to maximum in sniper mode, packs a punch.cant move while sniper mode are activated, cant cancel shots in sniper mode.shows to other players where you gonna shot, red color for red team and blue for blue. ( i dont tested on deathmatch).ninja weapon.

I think that viking is the best hull with shaft, due to having enough armor to withstand a sniping shot, with just MU'ing the armor 4 times, also being quite a bit faster than dictator. Even better with anti-shaft paint! Seeing as in team battles, your biggest threats are other shafts. But now, with the laser update, you need to be a bit more nimble, as people can see where you are shooting. Before, it was just sit-and-kill. So now, I'm not so sure that you need a heavy hull.... I still use viking with it, though, since it's my favorites hull in any occasion.
