So I was using shaft today, and getting a 3.00 D/l. Ended something like 33 kills to 11 deaths. Then a guy says i'm a good sniper. It's a first. :)

Who says shaft isnt good in sandbox?

I was playing in a sandbox CP with shaft. I would just find a nice view and snipe there. I managed to get a 1.00 D/L of like 20 kills.

Schaft its pretty good seriously its amazing i have my schaft m3 hornet m3 and when i join battles my team mates tell me to ward or flagg and in polygon all vs all i own the battles last time i killed a titan m3 one shoot and last week a mamoth m3 paint zeuz one shoot and they were berly surviving full on life its weird to but i kill every tank whith one shot in every map even a viking and in battle i always camp in diferent places and now in the new silence i own the hole game

Thanks. Quality is not the best because of the way I edited, I made a slight mistake with the cropping (two, actually- I didn't get rid of all the browser window either).

Shafts are one of my biggest threats. They are surprisingly accurate. :D  :lol:  :lol: They're one of the two guns I dread. Other one is Freeze.

I agreed shaft is OP, but I just don't like shaft personally lol thats just my opinion.

I could get shaft in the disc but it would be a waste as I already have rail. IMO after the map update maps are more open now. Shaft is'nt effective in blocking a path as lots of alternate routes have been added...

Isidas and Freezes usually destroy me because of the slow rotation. I have no idea how to get around a Freeze, apart from destroying it from afar...you could also use a paint to protect against Freeze.

 

As for Isida, I figured something out:

For the Isida to attack you, the turret needs to be pointed almost directly at you.

If your hull is perpendicular to the Isida and the Isida is very close to you (almost touching), just move your hull back and forth, at random. The Isida is going to have to turn the turret to point it at you. During that time, your Shaft will reload after which you can shoot again and, hopefully, destroy the Isida.

My only problem when I use this gun on noob accounts is the fact that it does so little damage in arcade mode and its reload is so terribaly slow.
