O_O Impressive.....

It's not because I did well, it's because a lot of tanks just ignore me lol that makes it easier to destroy them. Plus, if you have a good Isida on your team, the credit usually goes to them.

For those that think Shaft (M1) is not good at higher ranks:

This was on a bad day btw because of a bunch of druggers that kept killing me.

kinda a wrong expresion 'kept killing me'',you died only 3 times ._____.

would have sounded better "they barely got me" ;)

Oh sorry, what I meant to say is that I usually get a lot more kills before I get destroyed (again a lot of the credit goes to isidas) so 40/3 is kinda low, comparatively.

I see an average D/L of 20+ so it kinda sucked to get killed those times because of druggers. I hate drugging but I had to use a few to defend against a freeze and a thunder that kept drugging non stop.

In his rank, people may have only RECENTLY bought their stuff, and may not have the crystals/time to upgrade them. M3 Hunter and Dictator is unlocked above his rank too. If he plays within his rank group, he'll pwn.

The hatred for the shaft enrages me.  How can you go around saying that "the railgun is better" and "the shaft is for noobs" when i and so many others use it ? WE shaft users that have stuck with it know how hard it is to use a shaft. That eliminates the noob accusation. Also the railgun in my opinion is a completely different weapon. It is more combat oriented sniping weapon, as the ashaft is a defensive type weapon. Try it for real before critisiscm.

Try using it at higher ranks, shafts never ever prevail in Combe if the other team is aggressive enough. ( What I mean by this is if they are all on the attack, some people like to camp on their side just trying to get a few shots with their thunder without contributing much) . At lower ranks, you will get tons and tons of noobs that'll be easy to kill  ( mo hornets are a massive occurrence in WO ranks)

Shafts are useless in that map, besides getting kills, they can't do much else. Say your team wants to attack, in a map as small as Combe, it usually helps if you all attack at once. Shafts will never contribute in the attack, maybe sometimes if the enemy are foolish enough to step out of cover but otherwise shaft will be on the sidelines for an attack. They might take out one defender but they'll respawn back much quicker than your shaft can get fully charged again and kill them.

Defense in maps such as Combe and Sandbox aren't meant for shafts either. A good defense in either map would usually consist of a freeze and maybe a thunder or railgun. Sahfts are terrible out in the open. You do have the wall to get cover behind though but that's not much good as their are two different paths to attack the flag and I doubt anybody with shaft could defend them both. Shafts just arent made for covering more than one path of attack.

For example, one time there were 2 shafts on our team. Our team weren't necessarily bad but because we mainly had the two shafts for defense, we lost the flag quite a lot of times because of the following reasons made above. Shaft is no means a bad turret, it's just not made for small maps

REEEEAAALLLLYYYY???? the shaft is good only at KILLING? its almost like its a weapon!

Everytime someone says in battle "Shaft is for noobs" or something like that, I single them out for the rest of the game, especially if they're using a light hull.

Most of railguns nowadays use light hulls, so its very easy to kill them in one shot.

Shaft is also good at spawnkilling, and its very effective at keeping the enemy from overwhelming us in defense, especially if I target the Hornet/Isida combos first.

I joined one battle with a drugging Hornet/ThunderM2 drugger. All I needed was double power and a good hiding place and guess what, he couldnt get anywhere near our flag cuz i kept on one-shotting him, and I evern spawkilled him a few times and eventually he got so pissed he left the battle.

And you people keep on saying Shaft is a noob and weak weapon.

A quick tip for Shaft users:

If you want to help your team when they are catching a flag, hit your opponents just enough so that you don't kill them but their hp is very, very low so that whoever is going for the flag can kill them.

If you kill them with your shot, they will just re-spawn (perhaps, in front of your team mate who just stole the flag!) with full hp and attack.

And for gods sake (this goes out to all weapons), when there's a massive opponents hull coming at your team with an Isida behind, don't even bother attacking the big hull until you first kill the Isida. That's common sense...because if you hit the big hull, the Isida is just going to heal it.

Won't help much, as long as they're alive they'll keep shooting, putting more pressure on the cappers. Besides, your teammates would just kill them not too long afterwards, buying them only an extra second or two (while getting shot at during that time). Best option is to chain kill, get the freezes, and go for the druggers.

Usually isidas are right behind them with their hornets, so just chain kill them. Shaft has enough penetrating power to severely damage the heavy in front and kill the light support at the back.

That's another thing all you Shafters need to take advantage of, Penatration Power. On double power, you can seriously damage a drugger while you destroyed its support Isida. Its all about timing and accuracy.

The penetration is perfect for battles, all you need is the right angle and in smaller matches youve taken out a whole support team with just one shell.

I would have died 3 times more if an Isida hadn't healed me those times.

PS: What's the tag for spoilers?

can we put the shaft to the highest damage back to 250 or can you put the rotation speed or reloading speed to a decent speed

Doing this will make Shaft stupidly overpowered. There are stuff Shaft is not supposed to one-hit you know.
