Shaft is a bad turret in DM's, it can be destroyed easily by other enemies. Only in TDM's and especially CTF's shaft is a good turret, because his teammates will cover him while he kills the enemies at the other side of the battlefield.

Railgun is overrated and never stands a chance against a good shaft, especially at long range. This is why those who use railgun hate shafts so much because shaft is better and they just hate getting beat up all of the time by shaft.

When he gets to 3k posts, he get there. While it can be seen as a milestone, making useless posts to get there only makes it hollow. I'm not in the wrong here and I refuse to accept being told so - it can be seen as a violation. I'll stop giving him a hard time when he stops doing it.
