thats mean that cheaters will not be banned, just they crystal count will be decreased by 25%, thats all.

Encryption means that not always 0010000 means take flag! some times another message commands to steal the flag!

 

Like this no one can use the hack tools. Instead if they do and if they commit a wrong command, they will be easily detected!
