The point of this topic is to aid all the members of the English Community by answering any questions you may have about computers. We will do our best to answer all questions and provide any services we can. What we do besides answering questions is we will try to help you with any computer problems you encounter. Whether it is software, loud fan, or annoying antivirus programs, we are here for you. So if you have any questions or concerns, voice them here. See below for helpful guides and topics. :)

 

 

 

When asking for help, please provide the following information:

 

• Describe the problem you are facing in a couple of lines
• Give a little information about your computer if you can, like processor model and amount of RAM.
• What browser are you using? (Chrome, Firefox, I.E, etc)
• What operating system are you using? (Windows XP, 7, 8, Mac OS? etc)
• Have you tried decreasing the graphic settings in-game to their lowest values? (Check below for images)
• Have you tried enabling or disabling Hardware Acceleration if you have the option to? (Check below for images)
• Have you tried using the Standalone flash player? Does it increase your performance?  (Check below for link)

 

All this information helps us get a feel for the problem ;)

 

 

As of now we are not looking for many more helpers. Anyone can feel free to provide advice though.

This piece of junk I'm working on right now would have exploded several times by now if it wasn't for my epic makeshift software and hardware repairs

Okay, maybe you guys can help me with this, because it is really annoying me now. Now, I got usually a FPS of 30/40 which is good play-able. But sometimes (once per 5 minutes) it drops dramatically to 2 for a second or 5, and the game actually freezes for me. This is really annoying me since I am not a good help to my team when I am playing hornet/railgun battles. Some low-ranker told me I am noob, and actually that is right because I missed the final shot because of this. I am playing on Google Chrome for your information. Now this did not happen at Internet Explorer, but there it happens that my controls freeze for example that I am driving to the left, and it keeps driving to the left untill I press the 'A' button again (I am using WASD for driving, left-handed you see?). So maybe you can help me with this. Oh, and I am using windows7

 

Anyways this is a great idea! I can finally drop my problems somewhere :)

You said "instant drop down" this only gives to my mind the idea of your computer started to lag badly, perhaps it's time for a full scan? malware removing? Cleaning up junk file? or a total format.
