Useful , but its time for you to do a maintenance with it and attract new helpers to this thread .. quasi all of the people listed as helpers on this topic don't even bother looking here , and there has been questions left unanswered ... the topic is not as alive as it used to be, its dead and without some medical attention it will not go long .

I have some lag problems. It happens in random battles.

I am getting around 50-70 fps, and sometimes 30-50 fps.

I have a laptop, with intel i3 3120m@2.5 ghz dual core processer and 4gb ram.

I use google chrome.

Need two things, the model and brand of your computer. What graphic settings do you usually run?

@micah, I found a way to increase the FPS & can you please add this on the 1st page?

But this only work for NVIDIA GPUs.

  1. Downdate your NVIDIA GPU to GeForce 320.18 Driver - WHQL.
  2. Open NVIDIA Control Panel (Found in the Control Panel).
  3. At the top, click Desktop & tick Add "Run with graphic processor" to Context Menu.
  4. Right click the Standalone Flash Player or a browser (Ex. Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer...) & Run with graphic processor => High-performance NVIDIA processor.

Also, you should try this special tool to know if you running on GPU & not CPU. It should show something like this:

For more info...

Note that I don't know about ATI/AMD GPUs.

Most computers that have Nvidia processors don't need to increase their fps

I'll add it maybe ;)

Hmm.

If you didn't find one at the 'junkyard'. Then try this:

1- Try cleaning your computer. (Not literally). What I mean by that is regularly scan for viruses (sometimes that's the problem).

I will admit this to you.

My computer was the SLOWEST computer ever. After a couple of months I installed a new windows, formatted all my files and re-installed everything. that really helped.

2-Try Windows8 it really sped up my computer over the last couple of days.

3- Try Razer Game booster. -It really makes your game much much faster.

Hope this helps, if not the 'junkyard' is always there :P

  • Describe the problem you are facing in a couple of lines

Getting Fatal errors when loading 10vs10 and up battles

Give a little information about your computer if you can, like processor model and amount of RAM.

Processor: Intel® Core i3-2328M CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz

RAM: 4.00 GB (2.64 GB usable)

System type: 32.bit Operating System, x64-based processor

What browser are you using? (Chrome, Firefox, I.E, etc):

Chrome, tried with Opera and still facing the same problem.

What operating system are you using? (Windows XP, 7, 8, Mac OS? etc):

Windows 8 Enterprise N

Have you tried decreasing the graphic settings in-game to their lowest values? (Check below for images):

Yes, I tried turning all settings off in the lobby, joined a battle and still got that error.

Have you tried enabling or disabling Hardware Acceleration if you have the option to? (Check below for images):

Yes.

Have you tried using the Standalone flash player? Does it increase your performance?  (Check below for link):

Yes, no, it's very useless, even browsers are faster.

Thanks in advance.

.

Hello!

1- Tanki-Online's team is currently trying to find the solution for fatal errors. You can help here. For now I would suggest to try the following:

-Clearing your flash-player's cache.

That helped me sometimes. And since you already tried changing your browser then it should be the flash player's problem.

Do you have the latest version of Flash player ? If you do. please try to re-install it.

I'm going to try to find another solutions for you. For now try to do the steps above. and keep me updated please.

I know that, but some people don't know how to change their graphic, it means that some people play on Intel graphic.

Did I mentioned that in order to run on Nvidia graphic you have to downdate to 320.18 WHQL, for some reason it can't run on +320.18 ones...

at first, its all fine, then it slows down a bit, then freezes momentarily and keeps doing that for about a minute, then completely freezes, and I have to hard shutdown. then its still slow, until I clear temporary internet files in safety up at tools. my normal RAM is 35%, but when I'm playing, it goes to 39%, and my CPU usage goes up about 11%. I've got a windows 7. enough specs?
