What are regulations for fourth league they are not stated for tournaments?

Wow! Loved the speech! Almost dropped a tear there...

Yes, the last year in Clan Top Gun and previously team Dynamite we created skype groups of upwards of 100 members and over that time have enjoyed chatting , battling, and going to war with many of them. I will miss the carefree lifestyle of clan life we enjoyed for so long, now Tanki has chosen a new exciting path for our Clans to embrace, and I look forward to this new era of Cyber League,with smaller, competitive, and serious tournament battles.

The fun skype chats created By Damn_Slow along with the many good people in our chat group will be able to kick back and have fun together for a long time time to come to keep in touch with all the good friends we have made over the past year.

Although Tanki has decided for the moment to not limit Clan size, and I applaud  them for that decision, it does seem that it is a move most clans will make if they wish to make Top League and have a shot at Clan Championship.

That's only for CC8, then you need to be in Top League, gl on joining a clan in Top League, don't think you have much chance because these clans can use 15 players, all these clans already have their standard 15 players.

I know, but all the russians in Top League... I wish you all the luck on the world getting first at the Clan Championship but be reasonable, it's nearly impossible ;)
