Should moderator behaviour in private chats outside the forum/game mean anything?

I made this because on another forum I go to, someone got de-modded for insulting someone on Skype.

If a Tanki moderator were to insult someone on a public/private chat and people can prove that, should they be demodded? Or should they be penalised in another form? Perhaps reprimanded?

"Should" this or "should" that, it's admins' decision. Skype isn't connected to the game in any way, nor it can be 100% sure what was reported was really a mod's message, but still, if you believe this is wrong and you have screens of moderators insulting in Skype, please send them to Semyon.
