1.24 - Any acts that turn out to be obstacles to the team are prohibited, in the CTF and TDM modes, including inactivity, as well as the conspiracy / sabotage (intentional disregard) with the enemy

 

Even only seeing his D/L proves that he is violating. Probably he is a mult playing on both sides with two accounts at the same time. His D/L = 1/23 proves that pretty much and still in the game means he was moving in every a while only not to be moved away from the battle due to inactivity.

Unfortunately, this evidence isn't sufficient to prove sabotage. We need screenshots with, at least, three different situations and/or video.
