ok 1st i got a big computer.

and 2nd its lagging plus graphics quality is bad so i need to reduce screen

I have to do the same on my laptop. It is an Eee PC, so I play with 15-20 FPS. But in my computer, it is better, 60 FPS.

 

BTW, nice topic. I already liked it few days ago. + you very good at Golds.

I don't know. You catch many Golds, so I guess the both of us are good at that.

 

 

 

Man , days of experience taught me that a guide can help u but u must be VERY LUCKY to get the gold box.

Yes and no. You need luck indeed. To find the right spot. So yes, you need luck in Silence, or Rio. Because if you are at the wrong spot, you can't run to the spot where the Gold will actually fall, because the map is very large.

 

But, if you are in the right spot, you will need to fight against ennemies and also your teammates that you can't kill. So you need to find the right position, kill ennemies and push teammates to take Gold.

 

So, I guess it is 50% luck and 50 skills, but it depends of the map. With the new drop zones, there is no luck in Sandbox for example. It is 100% skilss in this map, because very small. So you can get Gold at any spot if you are smart. Put a mine, hide and wait for the good moment.

 

 

Play with low rankers because they dont know gold knowledge. Take the gold from them

Well, this is not true. Because with low rankers, there are less chances of Golds, because funds grow bigger with high ranks.

Do you want all the golds of the battlefield?

Do you miss them all the time?

Here I give you some tips to catch them.

 

 

Gold Boxes

We know that gold fall randomly and we cant know where and when they dops.

 

Do you want to know how to catch gold easilly? Here is some tips:

 

-Drug when gold box will be dropped soon appears

-Do not kill ennemy exept if they kill you

-Do not stay in open area if none of your team is druggin

 

Let's starts with small maps:

 

 

 

 

Sandbox

Sandbox is a small map, there is many gold drops. So if Gold box will be dropped soon appears, dont rush at the center of the map because: 1st there may be drugging and 2nd u can be the only drugger in your team so the ennemy can easilly kill you. Hide behind wals like this:

 

 

If the gold box dropped try to get on it. But sometimes gold falls at the ennemy base and there is 2 solutions

1: If you have such as rail or tunder you can try to kill the ennemy before that he reach the gold box.

2:Run to the gold! :PShoot and push the ennemy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With the new update gold in Sandbox will not fall here:

 

 

 

 

 

Island

We all know that island is a small map but getting a gold box there is very difficut.

 

Blue team

Getting gold box in blue team is more difficult because you have less change to get it.

The gold box often falls in that red box and if you are using thunder, you can splash damage the ennemy.

 

Red team

It's easier to get gold here, just stay inside the red box and wait!

Put a mine in front of you then if ennemy comes he/she will be dead ( exept drugers and heavy huls m2/m3)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Farm

It have a little problem there the gold can fall at the 2 sides! So you have 1/2 chance that the gold fall on your side.

solutions:

1st: drug with your team and rule over the map.

2nd: hide behind your wals and put a mine at the middle of the way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hill

Hill is one of the smallest map after island getting a gold there, you need to be luky. The thecnic works on both teams.

Just wait here

and if you want put your camera at lower as possible. Then drive on it when the gold fall, you migth be on a tank but thats fun :D

 

 

 

 

 

Comble

Comble blance has been changed now its reverse ctf. Before there was comble evrywhere but now... few of it. It was my favourite map behind sandbox and now I didn't like it.

I think that the reverse ctf killed comble from his popularity.

 

So get back to the gold box.

Get gold box in comble is verry easy if nobody push you since there is only one place it could drop: in that box.

So hide behing the walls at your team's side.

 

 

 

And just go on it

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Deck-9

Another best map of the game, one of my favourite. This map became popular after the map update because it was unaccesible for low rank.

Gold drops at the two extremity of the map so we cannot see exactly where it drops. Wait at one side and just see your luck!

 

Blue team:

 

Blue team had more chance to get the gold because the crystals box fals at there side. Put a mine and just wait.

 

Red team:

 

Red team can wait here.

Or drug and go down. Put a mine at the mddle of the tunnel.

And the gold! ^_^

 

 

 

 

Ping-Pong

There comes a small funny map. When I hears it i will think of that sport. I rarely see that map. If you want a gold there, you need to be luky.

Either you stay at your base and wait:

Or wait at the side of the map and place a mine at the middle of the road. This method had advantages and disadvantanges. Like if the gold falls at ennemy side you can get it but if you are too slow they will get it.

 

 

Medium maps:

 

 

 

 

Noise

Noise is a tall map, red team have the average of taking the gold box. Here I will talk about the 2 teams.

Blue team:

 

in the blue team you have less chance to get the gold. If your team is not drugging go here :

 

 

 

And if your team are drugging go up here:

 

Red team:

 

The red team had more change to get the gold. Here is 2 camping spot:

 

 

The cons about the red camping spot is that you are in a open area. Blue team's drugger can easily kill you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Silence

One of the most played map in Tanki online: Silence.

After the Update 220, 227 — Changes in maps Blue team dont have anymore the chance to get the gold box easily. When the change the ramp the blue team side's gold digger loose the chance to fall on the gold like this:

 

But now we have new tips to get gold box.

 

Blue team:

You can still wait at the ancient ramp but gold falls more in that red box than in the blue box:

 

 

 

But now blue team have other ways to get the gold.

This is a technique that allowed you to go on other tank when they are under the gold (works with ligth tanks)

Or just wait at other side of the map:

 

 

 

 

Red team:

Almost the same tips.

wait here:

 

 

 

 

Wait there too. Place a mine in front of you can wait. This place is better for red team than blue team because if blue team goes there he can be killed easily.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wave

This map is like Comble and Hill combined together. gold might fall at the center of the map or at the 2 sides in the blue boxes.

 

When waiting put a mine and turn your turret to see where the gold will drop. Kill all ennemies that would pass at your left or right.

 

 

 

 

 

Cross

Cross are not a verry famous map. But battle with admin and player ofen gets there.

For a gold try to hide at the bottom of the bridge like this:

 

 

And when the gold appears go on it!

 

 

 

 

Polygon

The most popular DM map. But getting a gold there.... Is difficult because evrybody can kill you there and there is no isida who can heal you.

The best hulls of the map is heavy tanks who had more health and cant be pushed. There is some famous camping spot to get the gold.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Highland

 

After many pm about this map highland is out. A very popular map in tdm for low ranks and a great map to get gold box.

 

Red team:

 

Red team gets alot of places to hide like:

 

 

This is a place who player rarely went there. But for red team it's a great place to avoid being hit by ennemies

 

 

This place could be dangerous ennemi can kill you by the left side.

 

 

 

Blue team:

 

This could be a dangerous place for you, place a mine at the right corner.

 

 

Hide here but try to don't hit that ramp when going out.

This is not a good place, watch enemy.

Always hope to be safe here! :P

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Large maps:

 

 

 

 

 

Serpuhov

One of the facourite map by snipers: Serpuhov. It is one of the favourite map in tdm and ctf games mode. But how to get god box on that bridge without all the ennemy rail shooting at you???

Here is some tips:

 

Red team:

 

If on the bridge you temates are waiting the gold, just hide at theirs back. Then you willl a nice shield and when gold drops. (probably) the ennemy will kill your teamates so the gold drops just in front of you!

 

 

Or just hide behind walls like this and snipe ennemy tank.

Or just drug over with red tems druggers.

 

 

Blue team:

 

Blue team had more chance to get the gold just choose the bridge (same technique ) or the middle of the map, snipe for red tanks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a rumour that some tanker know where gold falls. I will tell you how. (im not selfish)

Get close of the last tanker who killled a tank before gold appears, gold migth fall close to him. (I think it is that )
