Spawn killing being allowed / No "Vote" in room

While playing Death Match I initially spawn into game, then was killed. I re-spawned to a different location and was kill again. Only to spawn over and over, just getting killed again and again. I type the peoples names who killed me and the vote to get a moderator for 30 minutes! Can you understand the amount of points these persons got, while "Powering up" which is against rules. So these people get away with it!  We believe that when we "vote" an offender , it would be taken care of. But it isn't, and still goes on!  You rules for reporting violators are crude! It means that every time I go into a room, I must record what is going on.  Even if no problem is in the room, I have to record. No problem, I do not understand that you do not have enough moderators to deal with issues. If the game is so terrific, then why isn't this resolved by now? I'm more upset that cheating it is allowed, period!

Welcome to forum. Killing on re-spawn is skill. Try playing stadium when opponent teams shaft sitting at height. Its just boom & you are vanished before touching ground. 

Tip - Players keep mines at re-spawn points. Don't stay idle while re-spawning.
