Qestion abuot freeze frozen time and firebird burning time and paint's

hello sorry abuot new topic but i didint find topic abuot my question for half hour.

My question:

 

if tank have for example pain anti thunder 50% so for example damage from 50dmg go to 25dmg and thunder effect splash damage goes 50% less... for that paint.

 

if i have paint anti freeze egz 50% . Damage from 50dmg goes to 25dmg . How about freezing time then tank is freezed is this time goes 50% less ?  ?  ?   and how abuot the firebird is burning time goes 50% less egz burning time 30sec goes to 15 sec ???

Yea most likely the % of the paint will apply to then as well. I have inferno and I got unfreezed pretty fast :).
