Alien: 24% Price: 17 500

 

But alien has protection for other turrets, my opinion is go for safari. or wait for electra.

Yes, it's best to first have a combo done, then start the next one. In the start, you might get 3-5 things m1, choose which ones you want to upgrade, and upgrade those to m2. After that,

you'll have some time to get other stuff m2 as well, or save for m3 stuff.

Here's my list:

 

Close range weapon=Freeze

Medium range weapon=Thunder

Long range weapon=Railgun

Combination of the three above=Smoky

 

Hulls:

 

Defensive hull:Mammoth

Speed hull:Hornet

Attack hull:Hunter

Strategy hull:Dictator

 

I also want to get viking and wasp but i don't know which one should i get? Mostly i seen viking as a "Supplies user" but i don't really use supplies that much.....wasp always being a "One-shot" kill hull and i don't like that! But i like the speed of it and can dodge a railgun pretty easy but i'm more of a person who wants to stay alive as long as he can but i don't see these hulls will support that.....suggestion?

I recommend that you change your close range weapon to Isida, and then use Hunter for your hull. It accomplishes your goal. You will stay alive longer due to Isida's self heal ability, and you will have the best of both worlds by using Hunter. Speed, and enough HP. Be an attacker, rather than a defender when possible. M1 Hunter can take a M1 shaft's fully charged shot, and have 1HP left, so you dont have to worry about being a "One-shot" target hull, unless the enemy is a railgun or shaft, using double power.

 

In my opinion, Hornet is too similar to Hunter. If you truly want a "speed hull" then choose wasp.

 

Viking is the inbetween Hunter and Mammoth. Theres no reason to get Viking if you plan to have Dictator. And if you plan to have Mammoth + Hunter, again, theres little reason to get viking. They're all too similar. I'm like you, I want one of each type of setup. Therefore, I chose extremes. Wasp, Mammoth, and my inbetween - Hunter. The best of all 3 worlds. Dictator isnt very good until M3, and its the LAST rank. Itll take you a LONG time to reach that, so dont invest in Dictator until you can unlock the M3 version - if you absolutely must have it.

If two teammates are directly next to each other, and a Freeze enemy shoots them both at the same time, but teammate #1 has no freeze protection paint, but teammate #2 has 32% freeze protection paint, which teammate will be un-frozen first? Or will they unfreeze at the same time?

 

Deciding between Python or Electra. Advice?

I agree with you but i still can't choose which is the best for me.My most used hull is hornet and its quite good and your right that hunter is too similar to hornet but both are my favorites.I can't choose....but i got rid of dictator on my list and now its time to choose which hull is good.Its between Hornet,Wasp and Viking.

 

I use hornet the most for thunder and railgun.These are the two combos that i'm currently using right now....

 

Wasp,not my all time favorite hull that a lot of weapons can kill you in 5-10 seconds and i have told you that i like staying alive as long as i can to protect my K/D.So wasp is not my choice for now but i guess i will try it out.

 

Viking,part of me says i should keep buy it and another part of me says i should get rid of it......my head is in pain right now thinking about this.Most of the time i use viking for "Supplies" using only....(On the test server) but i never tried it on the main server which now i only have it on M0.I don't know if M1 is good or not....

You'll unfreeze at the same time (If your both are still alive though).But with python on,it will only protect you from a bit of damage.But teammate 1 with soon die when freeze finishing its firepower.If you use a heavy hull like mammoth and viking,your already slow so freeze will make you even slower and freeze will circle around you and kill you.Freeze is already overpowered so python is not my choice in my opinion because it will also kill you when that paint on and with even your a fast hull it will kill you even before you ran away with hornet and wasp.Get Electra because its beautiful (The main reason) and your gonna see a lot of isida on the battlefield.It will most certainly help :) Edited May 18, 2013 by Voyager-2

Try Corrosion. You will be safe from getting 1 shotted by Shafts, and double-powered Thunders. You will also have 1/10 HP by getting shot by a M2 Railgun instead of 1/25.

Get cedar. When using tundra on hornet m2 the paint becomes useless since m2 rail can still kill you in 2 shots..

Does Freeze protection paint allow you to move faster while frozen? Or does it only allow you to take less damage? Does it let me spin my turret faster while frozen? Also does it cause the freeze effect to end sooner? Is Freeze protection paint good for flag cappers? Or is thunder protection or Isida protection more important for flag cappers?

Protective paints only protect from certain weapon. So if you have a protective paint for freeze and you get frozen, your tank will only take less damage. Edited May 19, 2013 by legenddestroyer

yep. Seen it happen. Me using emerald with no freeze protection and a fellow mammoth user with python were defending and an enemy freeze came along but we killed him. Me and the other guy were frozen and we defrosted at the same time. Only difference was that i had less hp left...

Dictator or Viking?

 

Dictator is quite easy and hard to use at the same time but i have been using it quite a lot and it has more health than viking at M3 and has more speed.It also unlocked early at M2 than viking but i need your opinion.

 

Viking is the same,easy and hard at the same time,unlocks early at M1 and M3 but i don't see pretty much use of it to be honest.Less health than dictator,quite slow and i seen it as a "Supplies User".

 

I need a hull as my strategy class with the weapon Railgun.Dictator seems fitting but your opinion please.

thanks, so the only protective paint with a secondary use, is the Isida protection, cause it causes not only for you to take less damage, but also the enemy isida heals themselves less. Smoky's critical hit shot remains the same full damage despite protective paints right?

I don't think so. If you have a 10% Smokey protection paint, and you get pricked by a Critical from an M0, you'll receive 90 damage. However, you'll either be crippled or dead, so it's not worth it in my opinion.
