When you play tank, most of the time you're too busy to look at what people wrote in the chat in the battle. So this is what I suggest-

 

When someone says things on chat, a bubble containing what he said will appear above the chatter's tank.

 

You may say: this will block me from seeing things! So you can set the bubble to be see-through, or white colored. Of course, you choose not to have the bubble dialog system, and can choose to turn the feature off. It's just that sometimes someone flips, and he asks someone to push him, people usually don't know which tank he is, but if people see the bubble saying "push me!" above the tank, they will know which tank needs help.

Maybe it would be good idea, especially when playing in big maps, when someone says something, you will know exactly where is he, but, as you mentioned, they will block you from seeing things, that is also problem when there are a lot of players, but they can turn it off, good thinking you have, this should be implemented.

this is a wonderful idea, only thing is what about the enemy team??? what if they see ur msg and try to kill u??what an addition should be is that enemies cant see ur msgs. of course if ur one of the opposing team is a friend, they shouldnt see the msg either as if they do, then they come to help you, and thats cheating against the rules.
