It is kinda confusing to use at first. I haven't messed aorund with it enough personally yet, but it seems to have a mechanic where it locks onto an enemy tank? Not sure just seemed that way when I used it. And very slow rotation speed. Weaknesses are definitely firebird and freeze. Strengths could be shafts, railguns, smoky, thunder.

Firstly, why can Vulcan shoot at a near 90 degree angle from which the barrel is facing? This makes trying to take evasive action pointless.

Secondly the high rate of rife coupled with the very slow overheat means that this gun has made some maps pointless. For instance in Noise a Vulcan perched on one of the red teams external ramps cuts every to pieces before they can even get out of the blue base.

Yet another over powered gun (like Hammer) designed to make people have to spend money on paints to try to protect yourself and drugs (in non Pro battles) to try to stop one when they drug.

Some people would gawk at your usage of the word "just".

I'm pretty sure Bugatti's high account has an ungodly amount of crystals.

I'm thinking of buying Guerilla paint- it's only 17,250 crystals during the sale. I think we'll be seeing a lot more Vulcans after the sale, so this could come in handy. Plus, it looks good and is decent for camouflage. Any thoughts? For now, I'll wait until the last day to see how many Vulcans are around.

Still unsure if this turret is worth purchasing and upgrading to M3. My current predicament is whether to buy Vulcan M1, M2, and M3... or Ricochet M3. Any suggestions?

Vulcan has very high dps, compared to other long-ranged turret(I may be wrong about this) and double damage makes vulcan deadly at a distance.

But if it met any of firebird, isida, or freeze in close range? It'll be dead few secs after.

Vulcan demands a heavy hull. If you don't have a Dictator or Heavier in M2-M3 class I would stay away. Viking "might" work IDK.  If you have no experience with Vulcan , I would buy the Rico. Wait for a better deal to buy Vulcan and a hull to put it on.

Buying an M1 Vulcan might be a way to get some experience with Vulcan , but at your rank and your rank battles it may not do the damage to get a good feel for it.

I'd buy the Rico M3. Of course I am a rico user. I do use Vulcan +DD on a few maps when  I get into an anti-sniper rage after getting dinged by too many shafts and rails while in "rico mode".

IF I were to choose Vulcan, I could equip it on my Mammoth M3 <== only heavy hull.

I have little to no experience with that turret, so might just go forward with purchasing Ricochet M3. My only practice with it has been with my alt account against recruit rank players.... which I'm not sure if I would even dare call "practice" since most new players don't even know how to turn their turret.

The Vulcan is an example of a gun with lots of potential with bad flaws that ruin it. My first complaint is the gyroscope. For us old boys used to just turning the hull and the gun with it, it's inconvenient having to do Z and X when someone's circling you. My second complaint is the overheating. I was using the Dictator, and the overheating killed me in about 10 seconds. Seriously, you need to reduce the overheating damage. A Wasp or Hornet with the Vulcan that is overheating will die in maybe, like, a millionth of a second (exaggeration: Beware!)? My last complaint is the warm up time. If this thing needs to warm up before firing, at least say so in the description. I bought this thinking, I can just open fire immediately and troll everyone. But no, it takes five seconds to warm up the gun before it actually fires. Five seconds still allows guns like the Isida or Ricochet to load damage on you, reducing you to half health before you even start firing. Other than that, the gun is nice

Pros: Good firing rate, moderate damage, great reload, unlimited shooting, long range capabilities

Cons: Overheating damage, gyroscope backfires, warm-up time, limited close range capabilities, clumsy build

If you have a heavy hull, are used to using the Z and X turret rotations, fine with warm-up times, not close range, and not normally rotating your turret, this gun is for you. Otherwise, I would suggest the Ricochet or Isida. The Ricochet has the moderate damage and long range option, as well as a heavy impact force, modest firing rate, and more. The Isida has the moderate damage, but also has short range capabilities, no warm-up, healing options, and a self-healing device feature.
