With that "noobs as you like to call them" i was thinking about the way Tanki population in general calls players that lack skills or use their combos erratically, not you in particular. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding as english is not my mother tongue so i tend sometimes to formulate badly a phrase when translating in my head from my native language.

Getting back to the topic, you are absolutely right to criticize the enemies that Vulcan was facing because none of them even tried to cope with him let alone forcing him to at least readapt his tactics. Even he was playing like a noob firing continuously unless he was trying to see how much he would endure that way.

When i stated that Vulcan was too OP i based it on my own experiences that sadly i cannot share visually with the others in the forum because i can't record a decent video without lagging constantly. For an example i will mention a game on Noise map where i was playing in the red team  where a Titan/Vulcan m4 and i with a Viking/Smoky combo were staying on the far left of the map near the hangar, i heavily mined the ramp next to us while a Mammoth/Freeze mined the tunnel access to the flag and stayed above guarding it. Since we started playing that way the enemies weren't able to steal a single flag while all of the other teammates were free to concentrate their efforts on stealing the flag, even if the opponents managed somehow to survive our fire and slip in the tunnel he had no chance to get past the Freeze with me driving immediately up to give him support, the Vulcan stood in his place as a fail safe in case we weren't successful. Now imagine playing this kind of game with supplies turned off, almost mission impossible counting also on the fact that there are always a few noobs in every team that keep destroying the flipped tanks.

I have another ton of other examples but i wont bother the readers writing a novel. :))

Well sure, but if you continually pop drugs + healths with many tank combos , you can pretty much keep killing and not dying, and build some impressive D/L ratios

the point wasn't about drugs, but was on the slow heat up, the reload bar went off but the gun continued to shoot without heating much.. but may be some who said that this may happen just with M0 and not the case with m3, 

but vulcan m3 as well the few days after its first release was just the same as vulcan m0 in not heating up when using anti fire paint.. now developers changed the status of vulcan again and i see these days tanks using vulcan who started to heat up faster than before 

The developers for sure will always try to bring back the balance to all the items .. as the best experience comes from observing the items in real action rather than at experimental times .. and that reminded me of Frankenstein :O

It is, but you need to spool the barrels up again after cooling down, which will add a second or two to the delay.

I have a m1 Vulcan and I hate it.  It takes way to long to spin up!  and the tracking feature is another draw back.  It's a very poor turrent and compared to Shaft it's a joke.  Change it !

You are playing Kirov? Why it is, that where mammut/zeusz/vulcan there is combo, that team wins? With what would you go against them? What is there with the overheating? Starts shooting on the front of the game and on the end of the game elengedia fire button? What do you do there within altogether? Daily push away one potmeter? the tank cheapo parade will be milrt?

what i dont get it i mean the vulcen is good if you wanne by wa demolesher with mammoet or a other hull but you can also team up with your friends and than your indistructtebile when you have a friend that is frezer and a other friend with ichie or some thing i call it healer but just i dont know what i just said but im just saying what is good is from the vulcen and i dont know what beter is with m1 or m2 or m3 m4

I didn't use a whole lot of drugs, fought against mixed Hornets and Vikings with Freezes, Thunders, and Rails. Most of the kills I got were from kill-stealing, something Vulcan does really well.

Have anyone noticed a bug with Vulcan?

 

I was playing with it on a alt Vulcan M0+Mammoth M1 and was head-to-head against a Freeze M0+Hunter M0.  I started overheating while shooting him then he killed me some seconds after, then he got hit by a Railgun and didn't even die, he didn't use any drug so this means the Vulcan wasn't doing damage to him.

That might not have been Vulcan. Sometimes when people just spawn in, they can't deal damage for some reason. Or, in the middle of the battle, they'll stop doing damage indefinitely. I've had this happen to me a couple of times during really long battles.
