I read somewhere that you MUed your Vulcan M2 that is able to deal with low m3s, may I know how many MUs you did and on which parameters? :)

I don't have the time to look at my garage right now, so I can't give you the specifics, but I put maybe about 3-4 micro upgrades onto the damage. It makes a noticeable difference- before I did the micro upgrades, I had to overheat slightly in order to take down a M2 Viking at close range. I can now do that without overheating, although just barely.

Also, note that I mostly meant M3 Hornets by "low M3s". They're not much harder than M2 Hornets to take out with Vulcan, but you can do some serious damage to M3 Vikings with Vulcan if used correctly.

I'll get back to you tomorrow with the specifics. :)

still haven't bought on this account,I mostly play CP polygon, and I can honestly say, that's dominating turret right now if you know how to use it..bought m1 on my wo4 alt,.combined with m1 titan and storm colour on polygon CP..it gives hell there..I can easily play with captains who play with m2 thunders in team and still dominate, althoug I use only double armour, and thunders use double power..you just need time to master it..vulcan is way OP..but,as I can see,it is available in garage in that new kit with mammoth and africa..this means one thing only.."balance update" for vulcan is coming :D with same line "after reading your feedback...." hell, even blind man can see what can vulcan do if player uses it properlly :)

Alright, I shall wait for your response before I MU my Vulcan M2. However I think dealing with Viking M3s are hard with Vulcan M2; depends on what gun is the Viking M3 being mounted on. M3 Isidas, Freeze, M2 Firebirds are especially deadly. But I wonder, even with MUs, is it possible to use it all the way to its M3 stage?

OK, I took a look at my garage, and it looks like my Vulcan has 10 micro-upgrades on damage (purchased on a sale), so I really underestimated how many upgrades I put onto it. Those 10 upgrades probably aren't a reasonable investment for most people.

That said, it doesn't take a lot of them for Vulcan to be powerful. Even a vanilla Vulcan can do some serious damage. Realistically, if you want to get the most bang for your buck, you should wait for a sale and then do the first few on damage, and maybe a little bit on the impact force. They'll make a noticeable difference. A fully micro-upgraded M2 Vulcan would be exceptionally deadly against M2s, but I'm not sure if it would last until Field Marshall, when M3 Vulcan unlocks.

tl;dr: wait for a micro-upgrade sale, upgrade the damage a bit, upgrade the impact force a bit, that will probably last you until you're underway in the M3 ranks.

I really enjoy Vulcan's gameplay. It actually makes the slow M0s at this rank engaging! Tried using this on my WO alt, but only M0, I couldn't get the full grasp of the experience against those M1s.  Against tanks of the same modification, this gun totally rocks!

M1 is a great improvement. It is a regular meat-grinder looking thing against all those shafters and rail-gunners.  Wish I could afford M2 currently.

As to Vulcan , Last round I did Monte carlo-30 mins, I killed 30 got killed 36 times , started Vulcan gunning at 0-6,after I started the game with a wrong combo for M.C.

What was most interesting was I was fighting 8 tanks by myself for 20 mins of the round. 4 shafts 3 rails, 1 isida. So 30-36 aint too bad.  They did get 15 flags but oh well.

Note: I think they have tweaked the over-heating and made it worse. It might have been because I was not using storm paint, as I switched to dirty because of all the rail/shafts.  Not sure but the overheating seemed a little worse than it shoud have been.

My Vulcan only has 4/6/0/2/1 in MU's

Hmm, I tried that, and it was crazy with M2 with a small amount of MUs. (Only 3 Damage & 4 Impact - Not sure if I should add more, but I gotta save for Thunder M3). How about the other stats? I thought of making it full MU M2 gun but then I realized it would be really expensive...

~ Nice MUs. I'm considering them on this account, but realize I might be broke. (Only 15k ATM) Yeah, without Storm, I tend to go Ka-boom quickly on Titan M1. However, the overheating gets lesser as the 'M' increases...

Ok, M0 sucks (IMO), but I haven't tried M1/M2, can anybody tell me how it is? Thanks.

I'm using Vulcan M2: It's a lawnmower against M1 tanks. and puts a hole in M2 tanks. M3 Tanks is a little tough to beat. (At least in Polygon)

Is anybody experiencing this problem where even though you have the spacebar pressed down when using vulcan it doesn't shoot... please fix.

Sometimes. I'm not sure if it's lag, but it's a problem for me since Vulcan's my main weapon.

Just don't MU m2s too much because it's a waste of crystals, MUs are better for M3.
