Yes even Hammer unlocks earlier, but now is turning quiet popular specially when u speed up its reload and damage .. Vulcan nearly RIP. some may argue that yet its a strong gun, but don't forget that still not so many people are having the anti vulcan paint, once more than half people will have it, then its going to be of very unbalanced place anywhere

by playing on test server with vulcan m4 i owned graffitis without much problem (50%), didn't even feel like they had protection really..

 Lowering the long range damage was especially unfair because it takes a lot more skill to use Vulcan than other long range guns. A blind person could use railgun and shaft but Vulcan is a lot harder to use.

Damage is the best parameter to MU with Vulcan. It's also good to upgrade impact force, you can often flip over lighter tanks if you hit them when they're coming up a ramp, sometimes you can throw off their aim too. A few upgrades to reload and rotation are good too but don't overdo it. Don't bother upgrading range, Vulcan already has good range and damage drops a lot at long range so it isn't worth it to upgrade range.

may be you mean when first the test server opened at time when vulcan was first unlocked

Actually, the wiki says that Vulcan is suitable for mid to long-range battles. Thunder's long range damage is 60% so it is pretty unfair to cut Vulcan's long-range damage to just 25%, I think that's the lowest long-range damage of any turret. Vulcan already has enough weaknesses.

At the very least, something should be done about the range. I don't care if they never bother to rebuild any of Vulcan's other stats; just please, let Vulcan do what it was supposed to do and be a long ranged weapon.

Vulcan :

Good gun ... But the developers don't think about the newcomers :

Not an experienced player will include the volcano until it heats up and shoots the opponent shall leave the building ... 

What I propose to change :

1) this is the first Time a machine gun cannon to clean up the destruction ;

2) a Long warming up .

Well, all is well .

The first time people were angry at vulcan because there were no paints against.. now with the so many anti vulcan paints then its fair enough to bring it back some longer range + slower to heat up

The underpowered state of Vulcan is likely the only reason I don't have Cherry as one of my primary paints. Unless there's an army of M2 Twins chasing me around a Ping-Pong, it just sits in the garage, collecting dust.

i find absolutely no problem in vulcan, using m1 at wo3.

If this is how it's weak, then I wonder how it was before...

I agree. The only arguments I've ever seen on rotation startup have been too weak and deemed insignificant next to the larger troubles people seemed to be having with this weapon. Clearly, someone out there is reluctant to turn Vulcan back into a distance weapon.

Vulcan,despite all tanki says about it,is a medium range gun.Titan/Vulcan/Storm in a medium range battle is great.
