Requires a bit more skill? It is one of the turrets, if not the turret, that requires the least amount of skill. -_-

Have you tried it on a light hull? Incredibly difficult if you ask me

Oh yeah I forgot, rail is the only turret that requires skill, all the others are for noobs. Right?

Except from being difficult: do you think it is smart to put Vulcan on a light hull?

Totally wrong! Rail is one of the turrets that require skill.

Just like Smoky for example, which turret I deeply prefer.

Smoky can be OP after a lot of fighting/training.

If you aren 't skilled enough than Smoky is not a good choice.

It will still deliver in combination with a heavy hull, but smoky will fail terribly

in combination with a light hull if your driving isn 't up to the task.

My own definition of noobs in relation to turrets:

if you are always able to get a decent score with a certain turret,

no matter how "bad" your gameplay actually is than indeed you could

call it "a turret for noobs".

In this category Vulcan takes a high spot, just like Twins and Firebird IMO.

Just simple straight attacks, even without turning these turrets, will still

get you (very) decent results.

This doesn 't at all mean that skilled players don 't use these turrets.

So it wouldn 't even be correct to call every Vulcan player a noob!

Vulcan has the full potential to be used by a noob, that 's all. :)

Lol "without turning their turret"

Can you imagine a Vulcan that can't turn his turret? xD

A Vulcan who can't turn the turret is a dead Vulcan.  :)

If you call that slow movement the turret makes "turning" than ok I 'm wrong.

DEVs: Vulcan has become a favorite amoung many players.

Me: A turret almost non-existant might be really popular, no doubt.

They should be updating the stats of the turret, especially range. Not just giving a new look which, by the way, is almost the same as the previous one.

Well it requires skill like a railgun for the delay before shooting.and it needs turning skill as well. twins require less skill than vulcan. anyway by the looks of it .vulcan looks as if it has no impact force.quite like a long ranges isida
