Is this Good computer?

Well i have one screen but it's old and pretty small and i can get keyboards with$2.50 from my local shop. And i can buy screen with $20 from my friend maybe. So i still have $300-350 for computer. Or laptop

Your keyboard won't be good for gaming, and you can get a cheap screen thats good for like 20-30$ ok

 laptops are more expensive

increase your budget. maybe take old parts, i would suggest 600 - 700$

1. you don't really need a CD/DVD.

2. you can get a cheaper case.

3. i think you can get 4gb, you aren't going for heavy gaming (i have my pc for 650 euros and i have an 8gb ram, r9 280 and a barely worse cpu).

Buy a case that includes a PSU, then you can spend more on your GPU.
