OK u know the health boxes and i hate when people on ur team have full health and when ur on low health they take the box! so if they make an update if ur on full health and u hit the health box they don't give it like when sometimes when u lag u drive right throw them

Nope, this isn't a good idea because taking the repair kit is a strategy to deprive an enemy of the ability to heal. If you have full health and you see an enemy heading for the repair kit, it's in your interest to take that repair kit from them so that they don't heal and you kill them quicker. As for the times when there's nobody around and a teammate steals a repair kit from you when you could use it... well, you just have to deal with it - they might be beginners and don't realise that it's best to leave the box or sometimes even experienced players accidentally take the repair kit if they don't see you or misjudge their route...
