So in all "seriousness", I am actually going to try in December at making a palatable Tank paint with a Texas Theme.  Of course it dawns on me immediately "Um, will I need to make one for each hull type, I'm guessing not level, but each chassis."  Is this true?

No, you are overthinking it. Paints are literally just a PNG/JPG image. Here's the Loam paint for example:

Ok you know what? All of them do. I've looked through and all of them correspond to a country/continent. Opening a "Texas" conversation club will result in it being closed and the conversation moved to American players.
