Change a name once in game

so my idea was to in game you should can change your tanki account name once. that should be good for many players to they dont have to create new, if they dont like their current account name. this is what I wanted to be added to game. :D

Actually I think you should be able to change your nickname free of charge for the first time. Once, and once only.

You are able to E-mail help@tankionline.com and ask them to change your name, but it costs 100,000 crystals. Having that option free of charge makes it harder to identify friends or tankers that you recognize. Also, trollers and offenders would change their name once they get banned, so you can't identify known trollers and offenders.

I think the mods can IP ban them,isn't it? Then no matter whatever they do to their name their IP is still banned so they can't actually enter the game or the forum  ;)

I wasn't talking about MODs, I was referring to regular players.

I'm sure that even if they change their name, TO would still have their previous nickname and related bans on file. A single link to one player and all of his/her past nicknames on the same account, would surely solve this foreseeable issue.

Yeah, maybe, but it would take too much time, and I would like to have my friends' nicknames not confused.

If this is your first account and your unhappy with your name you could just start a new one considering your rank.
