Iphone 6+ or Note 4?

As much as I hate LagWiz, I'd prefer Note 4. The guys at Samsung are rumoured to be making a whole new user experience design - Iconic UX. So, no more LagWiz, which is nice.

Build quality means nothing after you put a case on it, which you would obviously do.

Android is much easier to use.

I don't have a case on my 4S, and have owned it for a year and half - I suppose I'm careful.

Also, I'm surprised that you pointed out ease of use; I mean, I'd agree that Android has a higher level of customization than iOS, however I'm pretty sure everybody agrees that iOS is super easy to use.

Note 4, bigger, better specs, more flexibility than iphone , no contest, really.
