Why's that?  I liked the 10 crystal boxes when they dropped randomly because it was like a bonus when you were driving along seeing those boxes there.

Yes this is true however at lower ranks all players would do is wait for crystals to drop, get it then wait again, they'll get nowhere like this to be honest; this isn't a problem with higher ranks, well not as much I'd hope.

After like a month of collecting you could get rich as hell like a buyer... not anymore.

Freeze is a bad Turret for DM, IMO.....try Thunder or Railgun.

Freeze is a bad Turret for DM, IMO.....try Thunder or Railgun.

I use freeze for everything and I find it best to get xp in DMs.  Always first to fourth with my freeze.

Well by their logic they should be removing Gold Boxes  :rolleyes:

 

They are a distraction. That siren, teammates stop fighting just to get one, and people who join battles doing nothing but asking 'Did gold fall?' 

 

Crystal boxes were a distraction. Devs removed them to improve/encourage teamwork. Shouldn't they remove this sort of distraction as well? Seriously the consequences of your teammates trying to focus on the gold can be pretty costly... just for 1000 crystals....

 

But the keyword here is 'teamwork'. DM is a mode without teams and in some cases it can get pretty boring. I understand why the OP wants this feature in DM. But as we can tell by their reaction when we asked them about this, it didn't turn out well...

 

Anyway, personally, I don't want gold boxes to drop and rather be added to the battle fund. Yeah, like crystal boxes. I forgot what the multiplier was with gold box turned off in pro battles but I believe it was an extra x0.14.. So yea - a relative x2.14 in the fund if I can remember correctly that is :P
