Ideas for Game Modes!

Tank races: when creating tank races you can fly around like in spectator mode and place checkpoints finish line and start line. You can create races on any map. Once you marks a race you can save it so you don't need to create it again if you want to make another one. You can join race with any combo and wait in a DM on the chosen map for more players to join. Once race starts you have to hit all of the checkpoints before you finish. You can see where the next checkpoint is like its a control point in cp mode. The creator can decide if the race will be non contact (other tanks are "ghost tanks" you can drive through them) , contact mode where you can bump into other players but not shoot them. Or battle mode where you can use the weapon of your choice to destroy enemies while racing.

Non-shooting modes will basically just have Wasp be dominating all the races :/

Hornets would at least have a chance when shooting each other.

I thought about it too but . A player can hide and nobody will find him and he will get the whole fund  . 

This game mode could be made for big open maps then :)

Elimination Mode :

Elimination Mode is a serious kind of a gameplay,Every Moment is deathly. Once you are destroyed then you can't reborn and cannot leave the battle until the last player remain.Elimination Mode is good for Tournaments and Clan Wars.

What if there are 2 trollers left who just sit around without killing each other... Only way to get out of the battle is to close your browser...

Therse not many maps that are big and very open. There are always lots of hiding spots in big maps, so i think medium size maps are better for this. I also dont think it would be a very good gamemode since it would basically be filled with drugging mammys...

Hi all. Dont u think dat TO could have a NEW BATTLE MODE based on S&D (Search and destroy) like in COD for example,pls share ur opinion. xD

You have a very good point(thats why i left a like ;))

 

 

But search and destroy is nit specifically just from COD. Its also in CSGO and other games, so its not really that unique. I do still get what your saying and completly agree :)

An alternative to all of these people asking for different formats to be added like "Fire& Wasp", "Thunder& hornet", and "Rico&Viking". The creater has the option to choose what to restrict/allow in the game. Its basically kind of the same mechanism with XP/BP battles except way more complex. Ill have some photoshoped renderings to give you an idea of what it would look like later.... but you get the gist right?

maybe u should make a battle thats called air battle.such as xp/bp parkour and air battle.u have that flying drug in always and u can kill but only in a big map.also plz make another map for air batlles.:)

I had an idea that you could make a sort of 'Humans v. Zombies' mode where you could have AI tanks as 'zombies' which try to turn the players into zombies as well by destroying them (Yes I know that they're working on the phantom powerup but this AI wouldn't have to be perfect cuz everyone knows zombies aren't smart lol). The 'humans' or players, try to kill the waves of 'zombies' while trying to not die. If a player is destroyed, they respawn as a 'zombie' and join the AIs in attacking the 'humans'. The players turned zombies can use their own gear, meaning the game gets harder as it goes. The game ends when either the set time limit runs out or there is only one person left standing.

 

As far as options go, you could change the dificulty of the 'zombies' by changing what hull they have (lowest is wasp, highest is Mammoth). You could also change what turret they used (I guess the base would be twins).

 

For visuals, you could make a damaged looking hull set and paint set for all zombies to use. they would only be availible in the game mode.

 

That's all I've got. Thoughts?

The gear and hulls shouldent be tye same for all AI opponents. Wasl isnt nessisarily the easiest hull to fight too...and mammy isnt nessisarily the hardest. Its all about the turret too. Wasp can be EXTREMLY deadly when put into the hands of a stupid player, suicide maniac, or an AI since they will definatly kill you fairly quickly because they will just be charging in, guns blazing. Even if you kill them 40 times, they will probebly get SOME damage to you, and if they are fast then they will shorten the time it takes between death and reattacking.

 

Try playing tye turorial/intro for tanki and you will understand what i mean. In it, there are2 Thunder/Vikings that just sit there and shoot at you. They are easy to hit and you will kill them since their damage was nerfed, but they hit you more times than woyld be comfortable in real battle....you would die very quickly....The reason is cause they dont avoid you at all, therefore you are always in the line of fire. Yeah, they will be damaged, but you would be dead. Plus, they have infinate lives while you have 1 so it doesent matter if they suicide.

 

With mammy, it can be easy to take down with the rightturret as long as you stay out of their range, wich ia easy to an AI mammy/twins. Im not gonna say every situation since im pretty sure you know what im trying to say by now

Yeah I agree with you here. You would definitely have to use like completely non upgraded or downgraded Hunter/Smokey or Hunter/Freeze in order to keep the game fair. And you would have to have a maximum amount of AIs to keep the game even depending on the map size.
