Ideas for Game Modes!

I think a game mode "Disaster" would be pretty cool.

 

So like you would have to buy a special pass to be able to make a "Game mode" battle.

 

When at least 3 people join, they will get a similar notification like the Gold box one.

 

Some can be like Last one standing where you have 1 life,

another could be racing,another could be like asteroids lol.

I've thought about an new game mode, and it's called CTA. (But thats just the name that show'd up in my mind), and CTA means: "Capture The Area", and here's my ideas about that:

 
There is two teams (red & blue), and they are at two sides. (Like Capture The Flag), and then we say for an example, blue have to go to the red side, and capture the area! Like, the blue team have to stay in the red's area for, 10, 15 or 20 seconds, and if they make it without getting killed, they win! I think this will work best in Big maps, but you people decide.

A few years ago I was fond of a fps that was called soldier front, in it there was a very original battle mode that was called "capture the captain" ctc, not to confuse with "captain mode" another mode that came soon after.

In the ctc just start the game a player of one of the two teams was swollen his head, randomly had been chosen the captain. So the objective of the other team was solely to kill this individual. Being a captain had several characteristics that I will list.

 

-Your life was 1000 (the other players were  200.
-You could suck life to the enemy players simply by killing them.
-Your location was visible to all players, team and enemies.

 

Out as you should give 100% of yourself because everyone was coming for you, you had a half immunity (with that life of 1000), killing enemies you had their energy (this could only be done by the captain).
And whoever killed the enemy captain was chosen as captain in the next round. Each game had about 5 rounds of 3 minutes or until the captain of some team was eliminated.
It was a shame that the board of that game did not potentiate that way because playing him was above the tactical or strategic, you made fun of laugh.

 


There are not many examples on youtube, this seems regular.

En el ctc nada más empezar la partida a un jugador de uno de los dos equipos se le hinchaba la cabezota, aleatoriamente había sido elegido el capitán. Entonces el objetivo del otro equipo era unicamente matar a este individuo. Ser capitán tenía varias características que enumeraré.
Tu vida era 1000 (la de los otros jugadores era 100 o 200.. no recuerdo bien.
Podías sorber vida a los jugadores enemigos simplemente matándolos.
Tu localización era visible a todos los jugadores, del equipo y enemigos.
Fuera como fuera debías dar el 100% de ti mismo porque todo el mundo iba a por ti, tenías una semi-inmunidad (con esa vida de 1000), matando enemigos te quedabas su energía (esto solo lo podía hacer el capitán).
Y quien matara al capitán enemigo era elegido como capitán en  la siguiente ronda. Cada partida contaba con unas 5 rondas de 3 minutos cada una o hasta que el capitán de algún equipo fuera eliminado.
Fue una lástima que la directiva de ese juego no potenciara ese modo porque jugar a él estaba por encima de lo táctico o estratégico, te tronchabas de risa.

Mine would be this:

Computer generated tanks/enemies/allies. Much like in the tutorial these would be none player tanks who act with pretty simple methods. The idea would be these could be utilized for special kinds of battles. I would suggest that they still possess only a little skill, more then in tutorial but still not equivelent to a good tanker, but that they either have large numbers against you or higher quality weapons and hulls.

 

This mode could also be utilized for clan related battles, imagine a sort of quest that has to be completed with a team to reasonably succeed but has a very high reward for everyone involved. My assumption is this won't get used due to the requirements you'd have to put into it, but I wanted to offer it anyway.

2) format battle fire+wasp

 

3) 3 teams in the same battle( only big maps for example berlin, polygon control points...)

I have a cool idea . What about if will be 1 time per week a Supplies battle ...what this mean? It will be a special map were all the Tankers will play normal with no drugs but when the map ends The first 3 players will get 30-50 of each type of supplies except with the gold supplie:))

It already exists! Exactly what you are saying! You control area by getting close enough to a control point, you begin taking possession of the CP. Everything you mentioned, exactly the same in CP!

would never happen! Ever... EVER! Why? you ask! 

 

TankiOnline developers PRIDE themselves on making game as a NON AI based, ALL HUMAN PLAYER game! Atleast they did when I joined! I couldn't even convince them of developing player planted Defense Turrets! People have suggested making God mode AI bot tanks that entire map must kill while fighting each other... been turned down. 

 

The closest thing you're going to get to automated killing? Mines! Which are manually dropped by any human player anyway, but automated as they explode when the NME passes over/near! That's the closest you'll get to convincing them of anything Automated or Artificial!

[FW/FH] Fire Wasp/ Fire Hornet Mode

 

This mode is demanded by many of the tankers, as we all know fire is a extraordinary weapon with the ability to decrease enemy tanki when he is burned a decent amount the shooter dies thus increasing battle fund. 

 

[Now here my ideas but it can be changed by developers if needed]

 

Here M0 gets max protection maybe 30, M1 gets 25 Protection, M2 gets 20 and M3 gets none (I know little unfair but m3 shoots max damage

All this depends on different conditions, they are

1. In the battle there is M0, M3 only then M3 gets no protection.

2. In the battle there is m2 and m3 then m3 gets maybe 10 protection and m2 normal.

3. In the battle there is M1 and M3 then M3 gets 0 protection and m1 gets normal.                                                     Etc, Etc, Etc

 

The are just a idea there are maybe no protection for anyone or maybe for everyone

 

If This idea is liked and more factors are needed then i will surely provide for now lets just see if this idea is taen into consideration. :P

Can you guys add spectator mode? So that we can watch and learn from pro's and we can see how other friend or unknown person play :)  ;)

There's already a spectator mode in the game.

 

But it is available only to a limited amount of players, like battle moderators (to check for violators), influential youtubers (in order to have great videos of the game) and some parcourists and alike. The applications to gain spectator mode privileges are closed at the moment.

I have came up with alot of fun game modes for tanki, and i did them with my friends especially with the new space update but i cant record, like on some maps like arena on the top plate form i play with my friends last man standing ( i came up with ) i just need to know how to record on my pc and i will show u all my cool modes

personally I am more a fan of written descriptions, where I can get the core of an idea in 2..4 lines of text (1 minute), instead of watching 10 minutes of a video. So if you like to write, go ahead ;)

                   We have had these matches TDM, DM, CP, and CTF matches. But I wondered, why not have a Boys vs Girls Match. I know it may seem sexist, especially if boys would overpower girls or girls would dominate boys, but I would suggest that this be under Highly examined moderation if you find this article to be useful. Why would Tanki need a Boys vs Girls Match? Well it makes it more exciting and it will move players to be more active and can help them rank faster than they know it.

Having such a gamemode is not sexistic at all...  not more or less then to have shops that specialize on female or male cloths.

This word is really overused these days :p

I have a feeling that this idea will reduce the playing of multiplayer games, but I have an idea. Solo mode. It would basically be a bunch of AI tanks spawned and you must defeat them all. They will adjust with rank and such, but just an idea.
