Ideas for Game Modes!

Let's make a new map let's just make all tanks team! They're in centre like Dusseldorf or Serpuhov. Then zombie  Tank Apopcalypse starts with meele attack. The centre has a blue sphere with some health points. Apopcalypse tries to take it down but real tankers save it :D. The wave keeps on increasing and It'll create crystals for each wave and work done.

 

If we can't make bots kill then we can let them not pass from some areas.

how bout like a tandem mode, a team of 2 players, 5 teams total all fight in a TDM like format, no isidas allowed

I like your idea but Tanki is not going to add it.They cant ban a turret from a battle.

Points for destroying the flag holder in CTF

 

This often happens in CTF, i kill the guy with the flag but before i can reach out to our flag someone else returns it and gets those points  :excl: ....

 

so i propose that if we get points for destroying the enemy tanker who took our flag, then it will be alright.

the the total points could become 6 and that could be split like this

         

                                                  6 point = 3 kill points (in addition to the points you get for a kill) + 3 return points

 

this will also encourage long-range turret players to destroy the flag holding enemy tanker and involvement to the mode.

 

i am open to criticism and suggestions. cheers and happy tanking :)

I will like a game mode (pretty much like pro) where one can earn an amount of crystals for the number or stunts they do in a given time. and maby there can be a mode with a story line granting crystals and containers or experience points in the end.

Before I explain the gamemode, I want to make one thing clear: I am just sending this suggestion because I think people are going to like it. 

I am not saying that you have to put it in the game. It is a suggestion. Do whatever you want with it. It is not a problem if you are not going to add it to the game. 

 

The gamemode is something like "battle royale." I am sure you have heard of it. Off course it is going to be a little different than the original battle royale modes. 

There are going to be around 20 tankers in one match, and you only have one life, obviously. So, you do not respawn. You can not use your own supplies. There are also no supply drops and no protection. Maybe it is a good idea to make battle royale mode of only a few hulls, Hornet, Wasp, Hunter, Viking and Dictator. The reason why is because otherwise everyone is going to play with either Titan or Mammoth, because of the amount of health. And maybe it is an idea to give every tanker three lives, so you do not get destroyed right away and not be able to play anymore. Once you have lost all your lives, you get your reward right away. So you do not have to wait for the last one standing. Your reward is based on your place on the leaderboard. If you are the las one standing you get more than the tanker who died first. 

 

Again, it is just an idea and you do not have to do anything with this idea.

If you are going to do something with it, maybe you can change a few things or add some things.

Coz if we let that happen it's assault lol. Let all people defend and see what happens when druggers and noobs buyers and skills come together

 

 

Fortnite? I heard something happened like that. I dont say it a bad idea. But as you told it wont be implemented I guess

My idea is to make Xp/Bp an acuall gamemode like rugby, assault, and the 4 original gamemodes. Xp/Bp should get more than 1 xp a kill and 10. like 15 because of the Xp/Bp title. Its name when i first heard it made me think that I would get a little more xp in these Xp/Bp battles. So i hope you as creators to the game will take this into mind and think about it.

Assault and "Defense" are actually two difference modes, and should be separated and each should have its own button. Some people like to play in the red team and some like to play in the blue team. These are as different as CTF and RGB. They are not just team colors like the other modes.

Assualt needs to be re-balnced, the defense team wins very time, they get to many points, and its really hard for the red team cos blue is always sharing Overdrive every second, red also should get more points

New Scoring System Detrimental to Team Spirit

 

I could not find a category suitable for this feedback, and I could not find in the recent patches where this change was mentioned.

 

Based on my observation, the player who makes the kill in team games gets the full 15 points. The players who make assists, whether it is minimal or whether they make a 99% damage, get 5 points. Isida cures even from zero health to full health get 5 points, but it is still the first target for a kill because it makes it harder for enemies to kill team mates.

 

For Isidas, it makes healing team mates a sacrifice without any real reward. If you make a kill, you get 15 points; if you make a minimal assist, you get 5 points; if you spend a minute healing a team mate, you get 5 points. So, you are better off, doing minimal kill assists or trying to steal a kill.

 

For other players, when somebody spends a minute trying to kill an enemy and you pass by and make the kill, you actually steal the kill. You get 15 points, and they get 5 points. If your team mate thinks straight, your help is unwelcome, because they were a second away from getting 15 points, and you took it away, leaving them 5 points.

 

In addition to damaging team spirit as above, when you find a team mate about to die, instead of helping them kill the enemy and maybe taking 5 points, you are better off letting your team mate die, so they would get 5 points, and then making (or stealing) the kill and getting 15 points. That is bad for the team.

 

Basically, the new scoring system, promotes behavior that hurts the team. Previously, you used to get a portion of the score for killing an enemy proportional to your help. Isidas used to get about 10 or more points for healing team mates. Now, with the removal of unfreezing and unflaming of team mates, an Isida becomes a target for the first kill for nothing--a kamikase, so using Isidas is discouraged. Isidas will probably be taken away from the game because at some point nobody will be suicidal enough to use them.

New mode. Basically it's a deathmatch and a control points mixed into one mode. 

 

The general gist: 

 

1. There is 1 point only to capture, preferably near or at the center of the map *multiple points can be added*

2. Like DM, it's free-for-all, so there are no teams

 

3. Everytime you capture the point, you receive +5 points automatically.

4. Every two seconds the point remains in your command, you receive another +3 points. 

5. For every regular kill you make, it's +1 point. 

6. For every kill you make defending your point, it's +2 points. 

7. For every kill you make that kills the person controlling the point it's +3 points.

 

8. The winner is who has accumulated the most points by the end of the round or the first person to reach 100 points. 

 

These point values are not final, this is just an estimation on how it should be like. 

If it's too hard having only one point on the match to keep, we can add multiple points to go for so not everyone would be concentrated on the person controlling the point. That said, you still receive points for killing anyone playing, so you wouldn't have to be concentrated on capping. 

 

Extra Features: 

 

1. Since there are usually like 19 other enemies on the map trying to take control of your point, if you stand connected to your point, the point will continuously heal you with +100 HP per second. *can be changed for balance*

 

2. As long as you stay connected to your point, your reload time would decrease by 1.5 times. 

 

3. Points will take 2.5 times less time to capture in this mode, since that you have no team to help you capture. 

 

4. Like in any DM, spawns are randomly spread across the map, but will not be too close to any of the points. 

 

 

Like I stated earlier, if it's too hard keeping a point if there is only 1 point on the map, we should add more points spread across the map so everyone wouldn't be concentrated on 1 single point. If this happens, we should call it "Domination" instead of "King of the Hill"

If you think about it, this is very similar to Juggernaut, but less interesting. The difference is that in Juggernaut getting the "point" means that you get auto-changed to a super-cool OP tank that you use to move around and kill contenders, while in your mode having the point only gives your basic tank some regen and faster reload.

To be honest, I think my idea is more interesting than Juggernaut. Juggernaut is basically TDM. KOT actually has points. 

 

Plus, only 1 player gets to be a juggernaut at a time. That's not fun if you are the other 19 players. KOT is actually a balanced game where everyone has a fair shot, instead of some guy who is a lucky kill-stealer who ends up killing the juggernaut.

Everyone would rush the point to get the points like in old Polygon CP and the Magnums with DD would destroy them in hundreds.

Fine, we would have multiple points so this won't happen.
