This new game mode will have some features in the map:

1: Theme  sky will be raining , with charged clouds

2: General map will be in the dark theme like haloween map

3: lights  coming randomly from the sky( like thunder from the clouds charged from the sky ) Ps: have 8s coodown each

4: All Supplies disabled

5: Persons cannot be with an supply more than 40 sec, or will be self destroyed and reset the supply area drop

6: Its impossible to share the supplies, so when you auto destroyed,or be destroyed, or press F (will be auto destroyed too) the supply will be gone and need to go to the drop zone again

7- Will have more dead-tankers decoration in the map

8-After cap an supply the zone drop will instantly drop another supply, like after cap a ball

Extra points:

 All supplies cont as 1 point, but repair kit count as 2 points

Opcional points: 

As mencioned in the 3, that could do damage to the tankers about instakill(titans dome will be just disabled in the first thunder, in the second thunder if not protected by an titan dome will be destroyed)

So, now about how works:

In the drop zone of supplies, while you catch one supply, you will not activate your supplies, but you will catch like an ball of rubgy, and you have to go to your base, and pass from the point of contabilization of point (like Rugby, but instead of enemy base, will be your base, and instead of ball, will be supplies cap zone), each map will have a different number of required points to win, but as an base to know how much needs,maps like sandbox will need 20.

Low maps: 20+ Points Needed

Med maps: 15+ Points Needed

Big maps: 10+ Points Needed 

Score for each point:

Normal supplies: 45 points

Repair kit : 80 points

To me this just seems like Rugby mode but with some tweaks. I am unable to see the reason why you would want to replace ball with supplies. At the end, the goal of this mode is pretty much the same as that of Rugby. In Rugby you'll have score certain number of goals but in this a certain number of points.

I did not quite understand this part of yours. What do they do exactly? In my opinion you are just complicating stuff with all these but I'd be really glad if you elaborate your idea and state how it is different exactly from Rugby.

BTW, pinging people is just a normal thing, maybe he see Crossbone and FrozenRailgun have a good logic so he care about their opinions. But the abnormal thing is mentioning alot of people or mentioning the same person more than a once.
