Today I met some desperate-for-love Master Corporal. The guy wanted to know my age, and when I asked why he wanted to know, he said "my brother wants to know", before stating that he was a girl. Of course, anybody with brains knows that the "brother" is actually the person, and they're just trying to get information out of you without sounding creepy. Which doesn't really work.

 

Anyway, the "brother" wanted to know a lot about me -- my weight, my ethnicity, where I live, if I'm single, etc. I politely (and vaguely) answered these questions. Then the "brother" asked if I'd be interested in dating him.

 

Now, I hadn't said anything that would lead them to think I was suspicious of this behavior. So I simply said, "Online dating is very unhealthy, and asking for people's information based on "someone else's behalf" is very wrong. Also, you shouldn't lie about your gender, or about who's asking the questions that you're clearly asking."

 

And followed up with, "As an answer to your question, no. I would not care to date someone who would so easily try to deceive others without a second thought. That's not my kind of guy."

 

He didn't respond. ;)

And the drugger of the day is troc_roc!

 

The dude's a Major General. He has six M3 turrets and three M3 hulls. He's been playing for well over 220 hours, and he's used 12500 drugs, giving him a drugging average of 57 DPH. And despite all that, he still feels that it's necessary to pop double damage AND a repair kit when attacked by an M1 Wasp/Fire combo.

 

Seriously, the dude sucks! His aim is horrible, he can't turn his turret for crap, he (apparently) doesn't know what Thunder splash damage is, and he drugs to kill players more than seven ranks below him! Not to mention his K/D ratio. Now I know I've said a lot of crap about it, but if he uses that many drugs per hour, has that many M3's, and has played that many hours, you'd expect him to have a higher ratio than 0.90.

 

If anyone meets him, give him my regards. As well as a "dislike" gift that says "If I gave you a great big straw, would you suck the fun out of someone else's day?"

I'm at a loss of words...sorry...and the guy was a total snob...even tried double power...didn't do squat against him...

See, druggers will never feel our pain until they have experienced it.

 

Of course, many of them are buyers and just buy drugs everyday with mommy's credit card and will never feel it. Eventually they will feel it because they will move out to college, that is if they even receive a high school diploma, and they won't have their mommy's MasterCard to use or they just keep spending and spending until their mommy goes broke and doesn't have a sufficient enough income to pay the rent and credit card bills and they'll get kicked out of the house and live homeless on the streets begging for other people's help, all because one selfish child had to buy drugs to play properly~

 

But since bossman161 has experienced it, he has changed sides and knows exactly how we feel now. Now, I'm not saying that we should start drugging, but rather be patient and wait for them to come crawling to us asking for forgiveness for their drugging ways once they have experienced the suffering at the hands of a fellow drugger.

Um, the K/D is off the charts for someone without drugs.  This is a cover account, like you, someone who knows tanki, AND WELL, and likes owning newbies.  They are even owning you, which means they understand the capabilities of the equipment IMMENSELY, and they are using those skills to have fun.

Skills? Sorry to disappoint but being a veteran for five years now its really hard to increase a kill to death ratio when you have five years worth of deaths. And if you really want to talk about skill we both can do a rail hornet battle and see who the victor is. And that would be me. Btw I'm a Shafter. And as such I rely on double power to quickly take out threats to my team, and to myself. Look at my achievements, I have a balanced usage of most turrets. You have some audacity calling someone based on a kill to death ratio a noob, try looking at a book's content before you burn it because it has an ugly cover, I got plenty of skills man, 5+ years worth. And JUST EXACTLY how long have you been gaming Tanki? I doubt you were here when Tanki went through its physics update in 2011-2012. Or when rico could make you climb walls. Or when Tanki removed spacemode. Or when Tanki started the V-log, Or when Tanki redesigned the site. Or hell, DURING THE 12345 DAYS!! I been around the old block and back again, so if you wanna call me a noob I'll just make you look stupid. Highly doubtful you have been around as long as I have, have some respect for the veterans kid, we deserve it.

 

There are a hell of alot of heavier druggers then me, compared to them I'm virtually drug-free.

I was abusing druggers when i find them ingame, but trying to grow patient now. I just leave battles or go on pause (if i have made too many crystals already) ... after telling them to try and fight without drugs.

 

Especially hate the druggers who are already winning like 12-2 in CTF and pounding enemy at their spawn spot, and still drugging like no tomorrow.

I'm ambivalent, BUT, careful with the delicate sensibilities of folks.  IF they feel they can't win against a "peer", they might assume drugging is the way to go.  Just food for thought.

 

That said, sounds like a splendid way to spend a few evenings, simply owning everything in site and creating a legion of followers that seem to adore you.

 

All said and told, skillz be skillz, so in the end, one might chalk it up to exceptional player, but still, for the vast masses, losing all the time to experienced players in disguise could drive them to quit or drug.  Both are bad, the second worse.

The reason I ask is because I have an alternate account that I've been playing around with Thunder/Wasp on. While I certainly don't drug often (I do sometimes, but again, only to counter-drug), I still kill everything in sight. I'm wondering if that's wrong, because even though we're "peers", I still have a significant advantage over everybody.

 

So yeah... kinda conflicted about that.

 

It's not like I can "play easy" -- I don't know how to. I'm not just gonna sit there and let the Firebird/Wasp Master Corporal gently warm my buttocks to death, I'mma whip around and blast his balls to T'sandovehr. It's just reflex...

It's still way more fun, then it's not just who uses their tank wisely, but drugs as well. Adds another layer to the game
