Non-Protective paints

I was thinking that since tanki has made limits on ranks at which paints unlock, maybe we could have the same exact paints but with no protection so we can look awesome. Like inferno, I have a warrant officer 4 account so I can;t get that paint but I would look pretty cool if I got it sort of like paint green, looks nice no protection. Well how to solve it if genralsimos use it well, they don't want a paint without protection do they?. Hope this gets implemented

As jokersus.cava said, this would ruin the tactics in the game as you won't be able to tell how much damage your gun will deal to the opponent. Also, most of the expensive paints actually look better, so having them shows that you paid a lot of crystals for it and "makes you look cool". It's basically a display of high status.

There is a meaning behind why paints look better when you're higher up. You pay more crystals for them, they must look better. You can't pay 100 crystals for Blue and 100K crystals for Inferno while Inferno doesn't look much better.

exactly. besides, we cant remember what paints that rank can or cannot buy at that rank so we cant tell if it has protection or not. i have lieutenant colonel friends that bought the paint kit before it was removed so they have generalissimo rank paints.

 

overall, this is would make gameplay more confusing.

This would sorta ruin the special feeling people at certain ranks get when finally buying that paint that looked so powerful and threatening to the lower ranked opponents. Paints like Needle, Inferno, Emerald which were available during the older kits sorta lost their luster since so many lower ranked players had them....

NO, like the real deal you add a silverish metalic look with gloss, the other non protective have a small bunch of layerss around them that have aan on a shield so you can tell as they don't have a nice finish but look cool without it

Same thing, "cool stuff" and "cool looks" are displayed by higher ranks who have paid a good amount for them.

How would other players know you don't have a protection paint if both look the same? Besides, I've said this before, you buy a paint on it's protections not it's look. But even if you were really eager and wanted a paint on it's looks, it's meant to be that the higher the rank, the better the paint looks. Can you imagine the paint Red being for Marshal and the paint Prodigy being for Recruit (Looks, not even talking about protections now)?
